ECT Who is saved?

If you read the verses and believe what is written, the answer is obvious.

Who is this lord we are to confess with our mouth? the Lord Jesus

It doesn't get any simpler, not even a fool need err
Often, however, Arians and Unitarians think they are gods, and no different than Jesus. If so, what are you being saved from? What are you being saved to? Do you believe that such is 'more' than your post suggests? Was Paul giving a summation of a greater truth?

1 John 5:1-21; 7,8

Rom 10:9-10 much more closely aligns with the disciples' indictments/sermons to Jews in early Acts than it does 1 Cor 15:3-4. The reason is, Israel's repentance to Messiah is the focus of Rom 10 and early Acts.

All have to repent to be saved.

Acts 17:30 Therefore, although God has overlooked such times of ignorance, he now commands all people everywhere to repent,

Said it before, saying it again.

If the only thing an unsaved person knows about Christ is Rom 10:9-10 and he stands upon that in hope of salvation, he is still unsaved because

Rom 10:9-10 =/= 1 Cor 15:3-4

That is not eternal salvation, but saving themselves from apostate Israel by being identified with Christ and proving thus, by water baptism for the remission of sins (Acts 2:36-38 KJV) looking forward to the blotting out of their sins (Acts 3:19-21 KJV). It has nothing to do with the gospel of OUR salvation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV) which was a mystery at that time (Romans 16:25-27 KJV, 2 Corinthians 2:6-8 KJV).

Salvation through Jesus was kept secret until John the Baptizer who proclaimed it.

The apostles to the Lamb knew it and taught it, and later Paul was blessed to know it and teach it.

Jesus intercedes for all people.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,

Peter didn't tell one person in Acts 2 that Christ had died for their sins and rose again for their justification. He did not say it...he did not assume they knew it...it had not already been preached...he did not know it himself because He hadn't told any of them the full scope of the Cross yet.

All the Jews knew what the sacrifice of lambs were for.

Just read what Peter explained to Cornelius and his whole household of Gentiles:

Acts 10

34 Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35 but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. 36 You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.37 You know what has happened throughout the province of Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John preached— 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.
39 “We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, 40 but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen. 41 He was not seen by all the people, but by witnesses whom God had already chosen—by us who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42 He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. 43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”

That is about the message that saves.

That is the same message that Paul preaches.

1. The only place "lamb" is mentioned in Acts is Acts 8:32, and it does not say that there. It only compares His humble demeanor to that of a lamb.

Where's the next time "lamb" is mentioned?

1 Peter 1:19, AFTER Peter has learned of the revelation given to Paul.

Show where Peter said anything about Christ being their sacrificed Lamb.

This sermon was the first time post-resurrection a good chunk of Israel heard who exactly Christ was and why He came. Peter says nothing about Him being the Lamb.

You cannot find where Peter said what Paul said: that if they only believe Christ had died for their sins and rose again for their justification, they'd be saved. Therefore, as you've been shown a dozen times, Peter's good news at Pentecost was NOT Paul's good news for us.

vs.

Galatians 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.

Galatians 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Paul is explaining that God made Paul an apostle. An apostle is one taught by God and not by men.

Paul is just explaining that he is a real apostle taught by God.

1 Timothy 2:4-6 KJV is a due time message from the due time testifier, Paul (1 Timothy 2:7 KJV).

Peter SAYS in Act 10 this:

42 He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. 43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”

That is the one and only gospel that saves.

Peter tells the GENTILES that they know what happened in Israel, and even the baptism of repentance that John the baptizer gave. Remember, John the baptizer proclaimed that Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the SINS OF THE WORLD. Even the Samaritan woman knew that. But you claim no apostle to the Lamb knew. Unbelievable.
