He has never been to 'mass'...

So, you are GOD'S keeper that you know where He's been?:help:

He never asked for 'priests'... he never used 'wafers' or grape juice. He never asked for 'churches' to be built... etc.

Then why did he establish a whole Priesthood in the order of Melchizedek? :execute:

Why would Jesus attend something he never had a concept of?.. and certainly never preached.

Why would you proclaim things you are ignorant of. Dolt.

Well, knowing you... you would not be someone I would go to to explain what scripture says.

I prefer the Holy Spirit... who is 100% truthful and with me 100% of the day.

And the HOLY SPIRIT WROTE, that your learning comes through works directed BY THE CHURCH.

You are pretty damned selective in what you think the Spirit says.

Are there any other parts of the Bible you think you need to correct?

Then why did he establish a whole Priesthood in the order of Melchizedek?

The Lord (not the Pope) is the head of his church (Eph 1:22; 5:23).

The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek [Ps. 110:4].

"Here is another very important truth: the Lord Jesus is a High Priest after the order of Melchizedek. This is developed in the Epistle to the Hebrews, because it is one of the greatest truths in the Word of God. At this point let me lift out just one portion from Hebrews: “As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec” (Heb. 5:6–10). The priesthood of the Lord Jesus is superior to the Aaronic or Levitical priesthood of the Old Testament. These verses show both the deity and the humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ." McGee, J. Rome has a much more Biblical model than Protestants do.
We believe the word of God (Ps. 119:142, 151, 160). :poly: You should too (Psa. 50:16, 17; Prov. 1:29, 30; Prov. 13:13; Isa. 5:24; Isa. 28:9–14; Isa. 30:9–11; Isa. 53:1; Jer. 6:10; Jer. 8:9; Hos. 8:12; Amos 2:12; Mic. 2:6; Luke 16:31; Luke 24:25; John 3:20; John 5:46, 47; John 8:37, 45; 1 Cor. 1:18, 22, 23; 2 Tim. 3:8; 2 Tim. 4:3, 4; 1 Pet. 2:8; 2 Pet. 3:15, 16; Rev. 22:19).

[Catholicism's Attitude Towards the Bible Pro-Gospel Ministries] "The true attitude of many Catholic's toward the Bible is manifested when they try to disprove the Bible as the supreme authority in matters of faith. This should come as no surprise since the Catholic religion has a long history of disrespect for God's infallible and inerrant Word.

There are several examples that punctuate this utter disrespect. The Roman Catholic religion claims that the Bible does not contain all the truths which a Christian is bound to believe (The Faith of Our Fathers, p. 72). Catholicism also says the Bible does not contain everything God taught about salvation (A Catechism for Adults, p. 52); is not clear and intelligible (The Faith of Our Fathers, pgs. 70, 152); is a dead book (Question Box, p. 67); and does more harm than good (Canons and Decrees of the Council of Trent, p. 274). These and many other comments against the Bible, reveal that Catholicism is not a loyal friend of the Bible but a forceful enemy that needs to be confronted. Roman Catholicism constantly seeks to undermine, weaken, oppose and nullify the Bible from its God-ordained place of authority.

IIn contrast to the above, we emphatically affirms that the Bible is a safe and sufficient guide to eternal life. It is within the reach of every truth seeker and it does indeed contain all the truths God taught about salvation. From God's Word we read: "You have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness" (2 Tim. 3:15:16). The question of the hour is: Who shall we believe, God or man? "Let God be true but every man a liar " (Rom. 4:3)." Full text: Proclaiming the Gospel Ministries Newsletter Vol. 17 No. 4

So, believe the Bible. :poly: A false christ cannot save. :eek:linger:

[W]hat is the basis for your false assumption that I somehow don't believe Jn 4:24...? :kookoo:
If that were true, you would acknowledge the fact that the Lord cannot be contained in a wafer. :kookoo:

See:

No Sacrifice

Instead, you defend your church's false teaching. :eek:linger:

"If anyone denies that in the sacrament of the most holy Eucharist, the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity, of our lord Jesus Christ and, therefore, the whole Christ is truly, really and substantially contained...let them be anathema (Council of Trent, Session 12).

@@@@vs doesn't support claim, AGAIN!

Argument ignored preemptive statements:
Christ is the head and works through the church.
Ignores Eph 4 arguments already presented.

Typical self declaration from an ignorant fool hoping someone finds him smart. @@@@@

.nice move to find someone that could speak semi intelligently on the topic since you can't. Yes Christ is the headnof The Church, and not even Rome disagrees with that. No have already explained why he answered as He dis. You had no response.

All of this is just another evasion that you have no answer for why Christ's ministry is fashioned after a priesthood when you claimed there was no call for priests. Also add the commonly accepted belief that the o.t. is foreshadowing for the new, and trace the leaders of man for God building up to Christ and you will see that a priesthood is a dominant theme. Also consult the earliest of Church histories and you are wrong again. See of McGee made any thing you can cut and paste that explains why you are a total manipulative, and ignorant bigot. You can't answer that question wither. @@@@

"Blasphemy is the act of claiming for oneself the attributes and rights of God. Pope Benedict

@@@@damned liar. Their claim is to be head of God's Church on earth. Stop editing out crucial points to justify your bigotry. That is why they proclaim that infallibility thing, only when the geoup meets together and the Pope makes a decisionon some topic, the Pope speaks for God as the message is led to Him by the Spirit of God. Someone not using their phone should go and find serpentfromeden's comments attacking the popes rights to determine Scripture, and post links to every quote from another man that serpent has used to show how he is guilty of his own attack.

Someone else should load a gun with half Powder and rounded rubber slugs to see of a high velocity impact might knock his turn table enough to keep it from skipping.

Why do you deny Ephesians 4:12-17?

Why do you deny. PAUL TRAINED people to stand over an area of churches and make sure they taught correctly?
why do you deny Paul showed that was to carry on?

Mr. "Believe in the bible"except don't read the parts I don't understand that justify your claims! Then read an anti Catholic bigot's comments on why Cat'liks are zebulundove! Don't trust Bible, trust men's presuppositions.

And you evil cat'liks trust man jot the bibull. Like me!

Yes that contradicts. Why wouldn't it,I'm paraphrasing you.

If that were true, you would acknowledge the fact that the Lord cannot be contained in a wafer.
Actually, it is the very fact that "God is Spirit" which ensures that he can be present absolutely anywhere he chooses. But that isn't really what the doctrine of Christ's Real Presence in the Eucharist suggests anyway. Rather, the Real Presence (specifically Transubstantiation) means that, at the consecration of the bread and wine, the substance of these elements is miraculously changed by God into the Body and Blood of Christ, while the appearance of the elements remains the same.

Your religion is blasphemous. :eek:linger:

"As incredulous as this sounds, Catholicism teaches that the resurrected and glorified Jesus Christ returns daily to Catholic alters to be worshipped as a sin offering in the form of a wafer. Its priests are said to have the power to reach up into the heavens and bring Christ down from His throne to be offered again as the Victim for the sins of man. According to Father John O'Brien, in his popular book, The Faith of Millions, "the priest speaks, and Christ, the eternal and omnipotent God, bows his head in humble obedience to the priest's command." This is not only a fatal lie but the most wretched form of blasphemy. The idolatrous worship of a wafer as the true Christ is no different than the idolatrous worship of a golden calf as the true God who delivered the Israelites out of Egypt (Exodus 32:4). Both are hated by God and are punishable by death. The Eucharist is irrefutably and undeniably a false Christ because Scripture declares Jesus will remain in Heaven until He appears "a second time, not to bear sin" (Heb. 9:28)."
