Oh, and less than 12 hours later, that 3535 is now 4666. :chuckle:
Where does someone see these numbers?

Much of the rep-power is based on how long you have been a TOL member, how many posts you have made, etc. Therefore on day 1 when everyone's rep is set to zero then the system recalculates all that data and some folks naturally start off with more rep-power.

That is the excuse always used to discredit claims that the system is rigged. No, others were not sending her rep simultaneously with mine.
I exchanged pm's with Knight in the first hours after the reset was done as I noticed the rapid acceleration of some members' rep power. Knight denied that there were any unfair advantages of some members over others. After a few pm's it became quite clear to me that Knight had no interest in finding out what is causing the inequities in the system. At that point I dropped the inquiries.
At this point I just accept the rep system for what it is. It is a tainted, unbalanced, class based hoax. My only option is to think less of TOL.
He should have banned you for being such a little pest! All you do is complain. and complain and complain~you big :baby:
The bannings are unfair, the rep measure is unfair :blabla::blabla::blabla:

Zoo had the bopbuttom and I do believe Knight took it away? Zoo still has his Whoopee cushion, and some, I heard tell, have keys to the woodshed?
would you expose those who gave you rep?
Expose them no, escalate them, yes.:chew:
can you answer my question?
It appears to be the same as it was just before the reset. But I haven't heard any "official" word on it.~*~*~
Question:
Was the rep value system just put back to 'zero' but keeping the same cut-back power that Knight recently changed the system to (diminishing rep power significantly).....or did he switch back to the old system again where reps can significantly affect your 'score' (in the green or red) ? - in this case, concerns are probably even more exaggerated since point-values are so low anyways to affect much :idunno:

Rep Power: ___
(The number ___ will keep going up as long as folks keep repping you.)

I haven't used a neg yet, so I'm not sure how much they effect a score now. Before the reset, a neg didn't do much at all to reduce a score.
What was that beginning? Like the worst Buddhist starter om ever. Unless you had a cold.
Thanks,....so it appears those who were really in the 'red' like beloved57 have a new start now. I imagine those who put him there in the past will leave him alone now,...but I always wondered how he got so deep in the red. Must have been many people negging him, and some probably with very high rep scores.
