Why then did He not refer to that throne as His instead of His Father's throne?:
"To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne" (Rev.3:21).
Gabriel told Mary the following:
"He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end" (Lk.1:32,33).
Since God gave the throne of David to the Lord Jesus it belongs to Him. Are you really so dense that you cannot even understand these simple things?

It is one throne. They are triunified. We will reign with him, we reign with him right now by faith and are not afraid of death, because he controls that also.
Jerry is simply dense about David's throne and about 'how then can he be his son?' which should end all attempts to separate things as in 2P2P. Ie, it is irrelevant that Christ is David's lineage because he is David's Lord the same who is honored at the enthronement of Acts 2, which David foresaw. 2P2P cannot foresee or backsee any of this. All it sees is double.

I know that this is way, way above your head but did you not notice that the Lord Jesus spoke of two different thrones here--His throne and the Father's throne?:
"To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne" (Rev.3:21).
Besides that, the throne of David will be given to the Lord Jesus so He will occupy that throne alone. Gabriel told Mary the following:
"He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end" (Lk.1:32,33).
The throne of the Lord Jesus will be in Jerusalem:
"At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem" (Jer.3:17).
In the Kingdom men will go to Jerusalem to worship the Lord Jesus:
"And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one...And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain" (Zech.14:9,17).
Of course you believe none of those things because you put more faith in what some say about the Scriptures than you do in what the Scriptures actually say.

Do you understand that that is a lot of people on one throne at once?
Do you understand that heaven is God’s throne?
Do you understand that Jesus is in the Father and the Father is in Jesus, and that we are in Jesus?
Jesus is on the throne that matters, now. Think about how David found that out.
Psalm 110:1 Of David. A psalm. The LORD says to my lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet."

Jesus is to sit at the right hand of the Father until his enemies are a footstool.
Matthew 26:64

That is when Jesus comes again.
When Jesus comes again, his enemies will be destroyed---THEN the end comes!
Then …Jesus hands the kingdom back to the Father.
How do you ever get that Jesus is going to reign on an earthly throne after we see him coming on a THRONE in the CLOUDS? This is the great white throne judgment.
