Either you are completely ill informed or just playing dumb here AB, federal law states that taking any classified article be it paper, electronic (email), or disclosing verbally out of "it's proper place" is a felony which has already been proven that she did, multiple counts I might add...felony #1. To destroy any classified article whether it be paper, electronic or otherwise is also a felony, now we all know quite well when the lady was found out, she deleted said emails...felony #2. We were all privy to watch her entire staff take the fifth before a congressional hearing recently when questioned about scrubbing this server/destroying federal documents, the problem is that her staff lacks the proper clearances to handle, or destroy govt documents (that were under subpoena by congress at the time I might add) which is obstruction of justice a felony & allowing uncleared people to handle this information is another felony not just for her but, her staff as well...felonies #3, #4,????? who knows at this point how many but, we do know the lady is guilty of breaking the law. Now, who controls the justice dept AB? Yes that would be Obama, now is there any wonder why these charges were not pursued? C'mon man, there cannot be that much smoke without a fire present, it is like saying Al Capone was only guilty of tax evasion because he was never convicted of all the other crimes he committed. Hillary does not get a pass, at least not with me, or about half of the still law abiding citizens the rest are complicit with her lawless deeds because they hate Trump but, I would bet most honestly know she is guilty as hell. I just never intend to let any of this go, even if she does become president she is just a lousy criminal in the end.
I ask again, guilty of what crime? you keep leveling a charge but, have failed to name one. I guess you could do some reaching like aCW does into the sewer of the internet & pull something out whether it has merit or not.

As much of a crank as aCW is it's hardly a state secret as to what Trump has been accused of. If you're going to be so set on labeling Clinton a felon then it might just behoove you to be a bit more objective as to Trump's in the process. I think America has been sold down the toilet with both candidates frankly but then I'm used to that in my own...
I am not blaming Obama for her breaking of the law however Obama is complicit in allowing her to escape accountability...it is called politics AB, but, it certainly does lay out an entire double standard for those that work in classified environments, meaning the rules only apply to them not the elite politician or well connected. Sorry AB, if this were a republican that had committed these crimes I would be asking for his/her head as well, either the law is the same for all or you might as well have no law at all...simple as that.
Problem is the only one that is saying it is aCW. There is not one article being carried by any major news source because the story has no merit and they will not touch it. If you can find any major news story on it outside of tabloids than fire away, it is just salacious internet nonsense.

Well, if you think she's so guilty of these crimes and it's all been covered up then why do you even bother with labels like liberal/conservative or democrat/republican etc? If you think one individual is solely behind a major political manoeuver then that's naive at best no matter what party. You're too invested in a subject where you will willingly swallow claims of criminal activity against one client without absolute proof and wave the other. I'm more inclined to think they're both corrupt as anything frankly.
Labels go with ideology, I would say Trump is pretty liberal himself on many things but, he is not a liberal when it comes to capitalism, and make no mistake that capitalism is why America has been so successful. You may be correct and Trump has skeletons as well but, what Hillary has been engaged in as of late cannot be ignored it is outright criminal but, you cannot expect more from a Clinton, they have always been very corrupt.

I have some experience with classified material. For a short time in the mid 2000's I had a top secret clearance (SSBI). When I received my clearance I was briefed on my responsibilities with classified material. It was made VERY clear to me that if I exposed or released classified material to the "outside world", even by mistake, I would face federal criminal charges. We had protocols in place that helped us make sure we handled classified material properly. My work computer had no access to the Internet. There was a separate room with computers that had access to the Internet. If I needed to walk around with classified paperwork I had to place a cover sheet on top that said "CLASSIFIED" in big red letters. If I wanted to take paperwork to another building I would go take the paperwork to the security office. They would document the paperwork and put the paperwork in a pouch with TWO locks. When I arrived at the other building the security officers would unlock the pouch for me and verify the same amount of paperwork arrived as left the other building. When I went home I would triple check my bag to make sure I didn't inadvertenly put classified paperwork in my bag.
I'm sure the Secretary of State has access to very classified and sensitive information. To allow that to be loaded to an unsecured server is a crime and shows complete incompetence and ignorance.
