How would a chief form of income be welfare? Welfare is not income.

I do not believe myself to be on welfare. Money, benefit, benefits, income.

How do you view corporations or affluent individuals who exploit tax loopholes and shift income overseas to aviod paying taxes?

The only form of taxation that should be implemented by the government should be a personal increase tax, and only 5% at that.
Then businesses wouldn't have to try to go around the law to make a profit.

I do not know who it is exactly. Social Security is my understanding. I also have Medicare. But Medicare ends up being for insurance.
