Common sense certainly doesn't salute you, or even suit you. Go ahead and believe that people 'choose' homosexuality, it's just the sort of thing the average religious zealot spews without any thought..

He thinks just because there are gay animals, people can be naturally gay as well. I believe in evolution but also believe man was a special creation in that Adam and Eve were the first humans to be given a soul. The soul allows the sex drive to develop apart apart from animal instincts.

You admit there are gay animals or that homosexuality occurs in nature? Why would that be designed?

God doesn't design. He plans. He used evolution as a tool and gayness was helpful in some animal species. Cancer is also part of evolution but it doesn't mean designed cancer.

Of course, it was only recently that sodomy hasn't been illegal. We can thank the liberals for that.

During this time, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of sodomy laws in Bowers v. Hardwick in 1986. However, in 2003 the Supreme Court reversed the decision with Lawrence v. Texas, invalidating sodomy laws in the remaining 14 states (Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri (statewide), North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia).

I would say, "can be turned", but you're correct. That is generally when the "change" occurs.

It's the outside influence of sin....sin lieth at the door. Gen. 4:7 "If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door".
