How the Gospel Refutes All Religions and Reconciles Us to God

The only believing that means Eternal Life is a Fruit of the Holy Spirit given in New Birth.

Rom 8:7-8
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

First one is Born of God, then he can Believe / have Faith.

Gal 5:22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith.

He keeps forgetting that Christ death reconciled to God those He died for while they are enemies hating and rejecting God Rom 5:10!

Yep, but we know he has no understanding of that scripture, nor any others.

Paul said, "Be ye reconciled to God" 2 Corinthians 5:20.

We are reconciled to God when we believe and accept what Christ has done for us in the Gospel. That is what reconciles us to God.

Before anyone can be reconciled to God they must be justified. Jesus justifies us by doing for us that which we cannot do for ourselves, Romans 3:26.

At the very spiration of life at procreation as mediate creation, man is spiritually dead with attendant sin at conception.

I was clarifying that it is at conception, not merely at birth; and it's because of previous encounters with the Pelagian/Barthian heretic.
You are mad that Samie showed how ignorant you are of what Scriptures say that people are not born lost. Jesus explained this in the parables of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son. Before the sheep got lost, it was with its shepherd. Before the coin was lost, it was with its owner. Before the son went lost, he was with his father. So with us sinners. We start out in life NOT lost. And to be NOT lost is to be in Christ.

You have no answer to this but ad hominems.

......We are reconciled to God when we believe and accept what Christ has done for us in the Gospel. That is what reconciles us to God.......

Wrong again, oh uninformed one.

Jesus established his covenant, which in salvation history is the sixth covenant established by God. A covenant, Biblically, is the means by which one enters a family, and with God, his covenants are the means by which one enters into the family of God to become adopted sons of The Father.

We enter into a COVENANT with God the Father to become adopted sons and daughters. FAMILY and COVENANT are the keys to what it means to be a Christian. Faith is important, but it is no substitute for entering the Family of God.

In the Bible there are six covenants: Adamic, Noahic, Abrahamic, Mosaic, Davidic, and the New Covenant in Christ. We see that each covenant casts its net a little wider each time: Two people, a family, a tribe, the 12 tribes, a Kingdom, and finally the whole world.

This is God's plan of salvation, to make us heirs, to become his adopted sons. This is authentic Christianity.

Your statement, that we are reconciled to God when we believe and accept what Christ has done for us in the Gospel, falls far short of what is truly needed. And the modern idea of "are you saved" and "a personal relationship" is an anomaly. It removed the familial core of COVENANT.

The next question one must ask then is this: How does one enter into a Covenant with God the Father. Its the same way that Jews brought people into their tribes, their family: An Oath is sworn, and usually a meal is shared. Interesting that in Latin, "oath" is Sacramentum, what we call sacraments, which include Baptism (which replaces circumcision) and the Eucharist (the sacred meal.).

Repent, be baptized, and receive communion regularly. The Oaths that establish Covenant.

All of the Old Covenants including the law and the Jewish religion have been abolished.

There are no more laws, rules or religions. They have all been abolished, Hebrews 8:13.

Under the New Covenant, which is Christ himself. "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH" Romans 1:17. And not by rules, laws or religion.

The reason for this is because Jesus is the end and the fulfillment of all rules, laws and religion.

We now stand complete "In Christ" Colossians 2:10.

Paul is speaking to them already reconciled ! They were reconciled to God by His death while they were enemies Rom 5:10. Also those for whom Christ died are Justified by His death, made Righteous Rom 5:19

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

pates lie

Thats a lie because those Christ died for are reconciled to God while they are being enemies, rejecting God Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Pates lie says that people are reconciled to God when they accept what Christ has done for them! Thats a Lie, for Rom 5:10 plainly stated that them Christ died for were reconciled to by Christ's death ! Who should we believe ? The lying pate, or the scriptures of truth ?

Not only have we been reconciled to God by Jesus Christ, the whole world has been reconciled to God by Jesus Christ.

"And all things are of God who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ. Also "God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself" 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19.

And all of the Calvinist say... Oh no!

Christ died for the sins of the whole world, 1 John 2:2.

You should accept all of the Bible or none of it.

Yea, the world of unbelief and rejection of Christ and his Gospel. Your religious world that has refused the offer to be reconciled to God by Jesus Christ.

You're so Welcome! ☺

~~~
You are both in conflict with the word of God and the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
The Bible, which you reject, plainly teaches that Jesus has atoned for the sins of the whole world.
Where is your scripture that says Jesus has only atoned for the sins of some and not all.
The Bible refutes you and I refute you.
"And he is a propitiation for our sins: and not ours only but FOR THE SINS OF THE WHOLE WORLD" 1 John 2:2.
