Faith is a work/deed of the law !3
Faith is that deed written of in James 1:25
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
This proves that Faith is a deed of the Law. Its a Spiritual deed however, because the Law is spiritual Rom 7:14
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
The carnal man cannot work the deed of Faith, its Spiritual, so its a fruit of the Spirit Gal 5:22
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

First the Spirit makes one that Christ died for Spiritually Alive, Born again, which New Birth he receives passively. Only then he is made able to look (a deed) into the Law of Liberty, the Gospel, which is Spiritual, and believe (a deed) on Christ for Salvation and then be "a doer of the work" and "be blessed in his deed" James 1:25.

Faith is from God, from reading His powerful message, the Bible, the New Testament. It has the powerful message that saves. We do not get faith supernaturally, as many teach, but we get faith in a very human way, from reading the supernatural message!
2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
WE MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD TO HAVE FAITH.
Faith comes from HEARING the word, see Romans 10:17. From hearing the word and being TAUGHT, Colossians 1:5, 7. From continuing in what we have been CONVINCED of, see 2 Timothy 3:14, and being PERSUADED, 2 Corinthians 5:11.

32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
With Him, He freely gives them all things, one of those things being Faith, or to believe on Him as per Phil 1:29
29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
Now the word give in Rom 8:32 and given in Phil 1:29 are the same greek word:
Charizoma, and means to bestow.
God graciously bestows faith, or the gift of believing upon all Christ was delivered up for.

Amen, the Faith that God gives to all His Elect which Christ was delivered up for Rom. 8:33 is when they are given a divine nature, or Born of the Spirit, of Whom Faith is fruit of Gal. 5:22. And so when they are given Spiritual Life, they are given all things which pertain to Life and godliness, of which Faith is one of the "all things" 2 Pet. 1:3-4.
