It was already ruled to be constitutional.
It was? By whom?
It was already ruled to be constitutional.
You aren't in control of the government. You're a dupe, a useful idiot to fuel the global fasicst movement. And we're not done fighting.
If I ever stoop so low as to listen to your anti-Semitic rantings for strategy, just shoot me.
Saudi Arabia and turkey have plenty of room for the refugees. They don't want that though.

We completely support Trump in his ban on entry to those who may cause a breach in America’s security.
We're the richest most powerful nation in the world. What reason to we have not to take them other than being irrationally afraid?
So Trump has revealed the unmitigated evil of his presidency (guessing primarily Steve Bannon's advice). Starting with the unconstitutional interpretation of Trump's executive order (against green card holders) which was announced on Holocaust remembrance day as well as not mentioning Jews in the official statement of remembrance.
Hundreds of Jews prior to WWII were rejected as refugees, and were then returned to Germany to die in the death camps, because of the fear of immigrants that were "different". We are now seeing history repeating itself.
Today there are refugees from many parts of the world attempting to find safety in the USA.
Let's remember, NONE of the countries on Trump's restricted list have been a source of a terrorist on US soil.
And Terrorism aside, the Bible gives us a moral imperative to aid the stranger, and even our enemies.
Don’t mistreat or oppress an immigrant, because you were once immigrants in the land of Egypt.
- Exodus 22:21 (CEB)
44 But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who harass you 45 so that you will be acting as children of your Father who is in heaven. He makes the sun rise on both the evil and the good and sends rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous. - Matthew 25:44-45
Given this, and the fact that many of these people may die when sent back to their home country. Are Christians that support this not rejecting Christ? How can one be "pro-life" and discard the lives of refugees?
For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; 36 naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? 38 And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? 39 When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
How can we not expect judgement for actions like this?
"As I live," declares the Lord GOD, "Sodom, your sister and her daughters have not done as you and your daughters have done. 49"Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had arrogance, abundant food and careless ease, but she did not help the poor and needy.
Why should any of this matter, if we believe in a separation between Church and state? Are you against the First Amendment?the Bible gives us a moral imperative to aid the stranger, and even our enemies.

Half of what I posted was from the NT. And this is about public policy. Is it in line with the *principles* we find in scripture? Before i answer you, do you also follow the other things listed in the OT that were commanded?
We have a secular government, and it should remain so. I asked how *Christians* could support it.Why should any of this matter, if we believe in a separation between Church and state? Are you against the First Amendment?
How do Pro-Life Christians defend rejecting Refugees?
It was already ruled to be constitutional.
easy
being rationally afraid
iow, there are rational reasons to be afraid of poorly conceived vetting of immigrants from certain regions of the world
Like the Saudi's on 9/11?
We have a secular government, and it should remain so.
By supporting a pragmatic secular government instead of one led around like a horse by a religious bit.We have a secular government, and it should remain so. I asked how *Christians* could support it.
There are Christians saying that the government should reflect Christian values, full stop. I'm asking such people to justify this executive action that's clearly against Christian moral values. If thats your stance, why are you quoting verses out of context and demanding others receive your view?

And what have I posted out of context? There are verses all over scripture commanding caring for the stranger, the vulnerable etc. Refugees are both. This isn't a random proof text to justify avoiding blood transfusions. This is a major theme of scripture. :dizzy:
I would argue in this case, Christian values and the values of the majority of secular society converge. This executive action is immoral and unwarranted. And as I've posted before, major Christian, and even evangelical organizations agree with me.
Why are you so afraid of these people?
Why are you so afraid of these people?
1. what pro life groups or people are agreeing with the executive order? your very question assumes that a pro life person not only voted for Trump, but support everything he does by word. thats nonsense. So Trump has revealed the unmitigated evil of his presidency (guessing primarily Steve Bannon's advice).
