The only people that will be without healthcare are those that don't want it. The poor and destitute get Medicaid or Medicaire
With the average cost of healthcare insurance premium for an American family at $25 000 annually, the whole country needs to be on Medicaid!

The Republican now plan to cap Medicaid in 2020 and shift the federal responsibilities for healthcare onto the states - who are forced to balance their budgets every year!

The Republicans plan also allows healthcare insurance companies to charge the elderly 5X the premiums paid by younger clients!

Once the Illegal immigrants are deported there will be plenty of Medicaid for poor legitimate Americans.

No illegal immigrants are eligible for Medicaid. However, it's proven incredibly effective for right-wing activists to pit the poor-and-white against the poor everyone else. 'No, no, it's not conservative lawmakers cutting programs the benefit the poor that's hurting everyone! It's those guys over there!!!'

Since it's inception no Republican controlled government has completely done away with Medicaid.

Did you hear Paul Ryan talking about cutting Medicaid? The CBO estimates that millions of people will lose access to care in the first year alone. He sounded like a kid talking about the toys he was getting for Christmas.

Obviously "ok doser" has nothing intelligent to contribute to the question as to how the Republicans can reinvent healthcare that is better and cheaper while still accommodating pre-existing conditions!

You are a pre-existing condition. And trump ain't taking you

Since the demoncrats have offered nothing good and they have done nothing in Congress, why would anyone vote demoncrat in 18 or 20. The left simply cries and whines and lies, not conducive to getting elected. They will spend 4 years blocking and obstructing Trump and have nothing to run on.
That is exactly what the Republicans have been doing for past 8 years - despite having majorities in both Houses, the Republicans are so divided ideologically that there is little on which they can all agree!

If this Congress with its Republican majorities can't even pass "Trumpcare," that will send a strong message that this is a president who is no longer capable of making the "deal!"

thanks to that ideological diversity Republicans control a majority of the legislative seats in America, I rather have well reasoned dissents than the lemmings approach that Obama, Polosi, and Reid used that lead Democrats to minority status.

a lot of the division among rebulicans is about process which dictates how comprehensive the bill should be. from what I've read there is wide spread agreement on what the finished product should look like and a willingness to compromise on details like Medicaid expansion but the legislative process of getting to a finished product is causing major fights

The only thing demoncrats can agree on is desperately seeking impeachment - they will waste all of their time and energy on Fake News

It is all baloney! The truth is they would rather go back to the way it was before (no ACA), but they can't admit it. So, they are basically defunding it.
