Yes, it is sin, but while you should be executed by the earthly government you are under because murder is a crime (and all crime is sin), if you have faith in God, you won't be punished by God for the murder, because when He looks at you, all He sees (in terms of righteousness) is His Son, Jesus Christ, who was righteous.

A Christian's desire should be to turn away from sin, to not sin, to repent of his sin He's already saved, but he repents because he knows that God does not approve of sin. A Christian won't want to take an innocent person's life.

Jesus, who you say you follow EXACTLY :nono:, followed the dietary law and neither did Jesus repeal the dietary law.
