Time for a break...............
Time for a break...............
Freelight tries to 'force-feed' his phony urantia book scam on
anyone who is naive enough to read, and take it serious!
Totally FALSE assumption/accusation. My commentary on this work, explanations, articles stand on their own, and there is no 'force-feeding' or 'dogmatic' assumptions about the theology of the UB, as my function is primarily an 'expounder', 'commentator', 'translator', 'synthesizer'....relating the concepts, terms, principles with other schools or systems that pertain, comparatively or contrastively speaking.
There has been no attempt to 'preach' or 'sell' anything (unlike others who fall under the category of 'typical bible-thumpers'), but a sharing of the material for
consideration, correlation and integration of knowledge.
By the way, per your request......you've been reported
here,...for violation of rules #3,5,7...and more.
You've been trolling this thread for the past 100 pages now, still clueless about the subject or its contents, yet full of preconceptions, assumptions, rants, raves and the usual polemics accompanying a religious fundamentalist claiming to know or
have the only truth. The burden of proof therefore falls upon 'you' in your 'claims', whereas my commentary deals with expounding on the concepts, ideas, theories, doctrine,....RELATING those with other points
within various context-frames. Its just 'information',....if it doesn't interest you, MOVE ALONG....if it does, at least educate yourself so you can intelligently engage in discussion.
Lets review an addendum to the
rules again -
Please do not marginalize TOL threads or TOL members, the topics and threads that interest some TOL members might not interest you. Just ignore threads and TOL members that do not interest you.
Are you respecting the rules?
No matter how the urantia book is packaged, it's still a fictional
work!
An 'opinion' that could just as well be had about the Bible.
You've been addressed ENOUGH in past posts (amply and charitably),...we are not going to go
over and
over and
over and
over in circles again.
If one is interested in new-age spiritualism then, the
urantia book might be an interesting read! As long as it's looked
upon as, mere entertainment!
Any religious/philosophical book ought to be evaluated on its content, - its consistency, integrity, logic, principles, ethics, meaning,
how it relates, etc.
It has no true relationship with the written word of God
Assumption and presupposition. Such is too convoluted to even address. Its a vacuum.
(The Bible) The Bible stands alone, and doesn't need a fraudulent
work such as the urantia book to add to its validity!
Worshipping the Bible unnecessarily is a form of 'idolatry'. It does not equate worship of 'Real God'....since 'God' is not a book.
Putting you on ignore for now as I've AMPLY made time to respond and address your posts, which have now exhausted their utility......until maybe an opportune time in the future presents itself.
Good luck on your journey :surf:
