Who says?
Apostle Paul.
The issue regarding who might possibly call on the name is just not addressed at all in the statement.

You make no logical sense. Are you aware of that?
Not the first time I have erroneously been accused of this. I thimk I speech English goodly.
Let's look at another statement in the same form, but without the theological/emotional baggage.
Whosoever runs a 2 hour marathon, will win.
At the moment, this is a true statement. It does not mean that everyone can run a 2 hour marathon.
God is not taking anyone to heaven that does not want to be there. It is evident to me that many would not be happy in heaven with Christ. If you don't love and believe in him now, you won't love and believe on him in heaven.
This means that... "Whosoever that shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13.
The "Whosoevers" that call upon the name of the Lord are those who by their own free will have chosen to be with Christ in heaven because they love and believe in him.
Not sure it also means that. Of course Romans 10:13 is true. It means that all who call on the Lord will be saved, not that all humans can call on the name of the Lord.
Promoting Salvation by works by what a person does. Those Christ died for are reconciled to God and on their way to heaven while they are enemies and unbelievers Rom 5:10 !
So there is going to be Christ rejectors and God haters in heaven. In that case count me out.
Calvinists deny that Christ bought salvation for others, and say that nobody (except themselves, which is a lie) can know for sure who is who.
First one is given Faith Gal. 5:22 in New Birth, then the Word of Truth,
the Gospel, is revealed, or made known, unto that Faith.
It's by the Spirit that that we come to Believe that we are one Christ died for:
Rom. 8:16
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
That's the only way one can know for sure that they are a Heaven-bound Child of God.

Not exactly sure what you mean to say here.
You affirm that God deliberately dispensed with saving the (presumable) majority of mankind. He simply didn't want to, so He didn't and won't.
Not exactly sure what you mean to say here. Especially in the second clause. But the first is also unclear.
What do you mean by "others?" Martians? Dispensationalists? While not universal, it is my impression that Calvinists are far more willing to accept those who hold different theological views as brothers and sisters than non-Calvinists. I suppose we could make a list of Calvinists and non-Calvinists who damn those on the other list and see which is longer...
Calvinists are usually pretty loath to say that any individual is lost. Or not of the elect. We usually consider that to be something that only God knows. While my eternal state in heaven has been questioned on many occasions, I do not think that I have ever reciprocated in kind, and that would also apply, I believe, to most Calvinists here.
Here are some of the evidences of the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Never would have gotten that from the first post.
Not sure about the ration of elect to non-elect, but I would not care to presume. I especially would not take that presumption and make it part of any argumentation.
Yes, I affirm that God saves monergistically those he has chosen to save, all those he has chosen to save, and only those he has chosen to save. Although I am not sure that I would say "simply" to the choosing.
1. the Trinity: the Godhead eternally exists in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—and that these three are one God, having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections, and worthy of precisely the same homage, confidence, and obedience

Point 7 is going to give you problems, Robert.
