Trad- you have an irrational hatred of Jews. If they succeed- it is for some undefined nefarious reason. If they help each other- it's because they despise others. If they're hated- it's for some good reason- which we won't spell out.

If Korean Americans succeed- that's OK (as long as they don't overdo it).
If Italian Americans help each other out- well, that's OK. It's only natural that they would.

But the Jews?

To outlaw the language of Antisemitism is getting into 'thought police' territory. What we can---and should---do, is to recognize, protect, and affirm the right of all Jewish people, to keep and bear any instruments that constitute bearable arms, in self-defense, and in defense of their families, friends, neighbors, and other loved ones. Let the Antisemites have their words, but if they try to commit violent crimes, protect yourself and your loved ones.

The purpose of the quote was to show that the basis of Nazi antisemitism was socialism/anti-capitalism. They identified Jews as capitalists.

You could replace the word "Jew" with "capitalist" in that quote, and it would be completely correct:

I'm not even making a normative claim. I'm simply saying that it's foolish to criticize Goebbels for saying that Jews are generally not part of the working class. On average, they probably aren't, and insofar as they are, they are less so compared to other demographics.

Jews in the Military Jewish military personnel have served in all branches of the armed forces and in every major armed conflict to which the United States has been involved. The Jewish Chaplains Council estimated that there are currently 10,000 known Jewish servicemen and servicewomen on active duty.

the jewish folk i knew were either professional level or working toward it - it was a strong part of their culture to build careers, continuing education, networking, etc

Apparently Trad views these qualities as very bad things, and a reason to hate Jews.

I am personally aware of Jewish populations in China, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan. Both historically and currently. There is a Wikipedia article about the Jews of Indonesia, if it interests you.

There's a beautiful 100 year old synagogue in Singapore, if you're ever out there.

I don't trust fast food places....too many illegals who don't wash their hands.
