In the UK, the vast majority of folks will no doubt be hoping for a more secure country, with less chance of extremist attacks in the future. That's a tough call, but our agenda could look something like this:-

1. Maximise our togetherness, helped by media publicity supporting racial, religious, nationality, colour, gender and sexuality Equality.

2. Send clear messages out that any actions or hate crimes by any extremists, nutters, racists or bigots are as evil as terrorist attacks, and that they will be dealt with severely with maximum sentences for offenders.

3. Increase funding for our overworked security services so that in future all reports from communities about strange or suspect activities will be investigated in sharp focus.

4. Train and equip all of our Police Constables with tazer pistols. In future all duty Constables must wear body armour and that includes duties with a 'soft' aspect such as tourist attractions etc.

5. Increase training exercises between Constabularies and Territorial Army units so that they operate together more effectively.

6. Raise the Specifications of Government building proximity, Town Centre and Public Arena rising bollards and kerbs, and these to be activated to an exact timetable and calendar.

7. Update our existing (and massive) CCTV network, and introduce specialist training for all CCTV operatives on top of their sports, commercial, industrial, retail, council, town-centre (etc) main-objectives.
