and works, while Paul, preaches faith without works.

The Jews USED TO HAVE TO do these works, just to be able to worship God:

The Burnt Offering; The Grain Offering; The Fellowship Offering; The Sin Offering; The Guilt Offering; Dietary Laws; Purification After Childbirth; Cleansing From Infectious Skin Diseases; Cleansing From Mildew; Discharges Causing Uncleanness; The Day of Atonement; Rules for Priests; The Sabbath; Firstfruits; The Passover and Unleavened Bread; Feast of Weeks; Feast of Trumpets; Feast of Tabernacles; Oil and Bread Set Before The LORD; the Sabbath Year; The Year of Jubilee; Circumcision.


When Jesus died on the cross, NO ONE, not Jew or Gentile would ever again have to do THOSE works. Since Jesus died on the cross, all anyone has to do is have faith that Jesus' blood cleans them.

Instead of you listening to the Truth that the not of works scriptures are about the ceremonial works---you would rather think that Jesus' words were not to us, and that there are two messages! I am trying to help you.

You would rather believe that Paul gave a better good news and that he did away with Jesus words. You would rather believe that Paul was saying faith and no obedience to God!

The old law was a covenant and to be in that covenant---one had to be circumcised and do all the ceremonial works, just to be able to go to the temple to worship God.

When Jesus walked the earth, he gave the Way to the new law...it is the old law with some changes. When Jesus died on the cross, he shed his blood for the covenant.

God did not nail obeying Him to the cross.

Jesus did not do away with all the things he said while on earth! Jesus' words are full of LIFE AND SPIRIT.
Jesus' words stand forever.
