Christianity teaches that homosexual sex is a mortal sin, but it does not teach to hate them any more than it teaches to hate any other sinners.

Ask those same bisexual people what their orientation is in 15 years or so and it will probably be on one side or the other, probably straight. Young people like to explore. It's always been that way, on the down low but now some people are proud of it, especially younger girls because of how most guys react.
When I was young I explored caves, trails, even smoked a joint or two. The last thing I would have done is explore some guys anus. Thats SICK and PERVERTED.
I'm sorry, but there is something twisted already in the mind of a kid who thinks of that as "exploring."

Although probably young people do explore, from everything I have read or heard from older people, exploration of sex with the same gender (for all except those who identified as homosexual) did occur , but was extremely rare.
To my thinking there is no doubt but that the LGBTQ promotion/teaching/acceptance/celebration in the schools, universities, media, entertainment has made a huge difference. Anyone who taught teens-college-aged students in the 70s - or was a teen then - and then again in the late '90s up to now, can see the difference.
Oh, I am sure the propaganda made a difference. But I think it only made a difference with kids who already have something skewed up in the brain.

Maybe so, but my fear is that many young people who in former times would have restrained themselves (from different training; from not wanting to do something "weird") may now feel they ought to do it to be cool or avant garde or whatever. There is so much access to digital porn and on youtube, etc. that prior generations never saw (especially not girls).
Of course some people think such experimentation is a good thing: That it denotes progress and liberation, but even leaving aside religion I am sure it promotes confusion and identity disorder, at an age when those are common enough as it is.
What a society promotes and sanctions, it will get more of (divorce, abortion, cohabitation, sexual behaviors).
