It would appear to me that if I were your neighbor you would be spouting baseless accusations, superstitions and threats. That's not very loving.
I can think of no greater act of love than to declare to one's neighbor their state of being lost, hell-bound, and sin-bent while pointing them to way of their deliverance from the same (Romans 3:23; 6:23; 8:1; 10:9; 10:13). To remain silent while in possession of such truth is the ultimate hatred of one's neighbor.

That's fine. I can't think of all that much more religious hypocrisy than to selectively condemn one neighbor's sin while ignoring another's. Especially in the name of love. Sod's a liar and a backstabber. Let's see how that goes down for one more year at TOL. Where's all the neighborly TOL Christian love for him, calling him out as lost, hellhound, and sin-bent? Or lis etting him sow discord among brethren for another year not a big deal like say, some other sin might be.

What are you even talking about?? :idunno:

Why even bring up SOD?? SOD has been banned several times. I really don't know what point you are trying to make here. :sigh:

In your view, can they lose their salvation if they commit homosexual acts after believing the gospel?

Also, do you think they have free will to stop being homosexuals? You're a Calvinist.

So ignore these questions.
How do you know that their lifestyle threatens their happiness?

How do you know that there is an after life?
And answer this one.....

It would appear to me that if I were your neighbor you would be spouting baseless accusations, superstitions and threats. That's not very loving.

With this....

I can think of no greater act of love than to declare to one's neighbor their state of being lost, hell-bound, and sin-bent while pointing them to way of their deliverance from the same (Romans 3:23; 6:23; 8:1; 10:9; 10:13). Just as I said - baseless accusations, superstitions, and threats. You will have to excuse me if I'm not feeling the love.

Do that if you think it's beneficial. But it's necessary above all to pray for the conversion of sinners ("of whom I am the chief" (1 Timothy 1:15)). Aristotle tells us that the vicious are incurably bad. The incontinent, even if they are not incurable, are very difficult to cure. Naturally speaking, this is true. But all things are possible for God. Therefore, we must pray.

If a word of correction is useful, then utter it. But in and of itself, without divine aid, it is only natural. We must entrust everything to Jesus and Mary.

"All Christians have but one faith and adore one and the same God, and hope for the same happiness in heaven; they know only one mediator, who is Jesus Christ; all must imitate their divine model, and in order to do this they must mediate on the mysteries of his life, of his virtues and of his glory....Therefore they should arm themselves with the frequent meditation on the life, virtues, and sufferings of Our Blessed Lord, which are presented to us in the fifteen mysteries of the holy Rosary" (St. Louis Marie de Montfort, Secret of the Rosary, 24th rose).
