I like it! We just have to have all the 'Owners' willing to set some time aside for it.

I watched another web forum do a 'Live Draft', they did it right in a thread and started drafting a few weeks ago. It went smoothly.

Jeff, yes. I do apologize for the mix up on this fantasy site. I think the situation has been corrected, so there should be no more problems. But yes, after the draft, you can trade and add/drop at your heart's desire.
