  • That's okay, you need to think about other things right now than nudging me. Of course it's a worry, but I'm sure he's in very good hands and he's got family to advocate for him. I've been in similar situations so many times with my parents, I can't know what it's like for you of course, but it's it's a familiar path and I can well imagine the worry. I'm here if I can help, and as much as your mind is probably going, I do hope you can get some sleep tonight, friend of mine.
So sorry to hear the news. :( Please keep me posted on how he's doing. Sending you a big hug tonight, I can imagine the worry.
You know, I just remembered that I was probably referring to Cruciform? Eh, it's hard to remember. But yea, either way I agree, I doubt he's sincere.
Isn't Crucible the fellow who was going to quit the website for good, then decided to stick around and only post the official Catholic Church response regarding topics? Which, compared to a lot of things these days, is quite reasonable looking. If it's the same guy I remember, that's wild. A huge change in behavior.
Yea, nothing makes sense anymore. Seems like just a month ago, things like the increasing national debt where the biggest concerns in our nation's history, now we only have to worry about tweets and how much hair dye does that Conway woman actually use ? :chuckle:
RE: Your VM to anna (sorry, I glanced the word Facebook and felt compelled to read it :/ )

I am also a registered Republican, :chuckle: .
:chuckle: Good answer - will he still be your friend after that? I've had conversations with friends who've had to block friends and family during the season of Trump.

I've never seen anyone as divisive as him and as corrosive to the process.

Running the Trump thread has been a bit of therapy for me, and I'm not joking. It's a way of blowing off a little steam, although I doubt I'll continue it into the new year. At some point I'll starting boring myself. :chuckle:
29 below zero. If your hair was wet it would freeze in seconds. Needless to say my husband and I stayed in the house.
We had minus 29 this morning. Needless to say we didn't go anywhere. I kinda like this weather around Christmas too.
Would have been a few seconds sooner but this website has had some serious work done. It's quite different than I remember.
Ooohhh... The psychological principles of learning part sounds interesting to me - the rest... not so much. What's the text?

Also - one of my classes for my last semester is Prejudice and Stereotypes. Should be an apt bookend to TOL...
I sincerely hope he doesn't need emergency help in the future but that's about the best argument for taxes I can think of.
