A break is often needed nowadays at this place. It is really a shame to see a useful garden untended and going to the weeds. I am looking forward to the day when I hear that you have taken up a teaching contract at some local district.

Thanks, I realize you need to be able to counter the character assassins, but it's so obvious they keep trying to shift off the thread topic. It's too uncomfortable for them because it's so salient.
And "weasel" is the most frequent word that comes to my mind.

I thought it was funny when sod used "supra" in all seriousness, and I posted back to him one of his posts accusing you of being pretentious for saying it.

I know, right? I'm :chuckle: just thinking about it.
I blame Trump ... his rhetoric, dishonesty and discourse has spread like a cancer.
I no longer have a TV provider. I just switched to Winstream for my internet carrier, and between Sling and USNOW, I have almost all the access to channels and DRV storage that I need. USTVNOW is the only program (outside of Youtube Live) that offers the CW channel. I love the freedom of deciding which months and which providers I wish to pay for on a monthly basis.
Indeed ... at one point, I use to enjoy friendly chatter and even civil disagreements with him, but no more. Even though some of the topics I am most passionate on are abortion (anti), rape, domestic violence, etc., between the selective outrage of when Muslims do the deed and silence and agreement in the "on deservedness" and similar threads, I have pretty much stayed out of many threads (depending on the author). Why bother speaking out against bad acts when agenda minded people misquote or misconstrue my words and POV?
Oh, okay thanks. From the look of it, it looked like a box you have to purchase and then pay a small price for live channels. I am always looking for permanent alternatives to cable and satellite.
So TH, that Omnibox thing, is that similar to Directv Now and Sling? I was looking at the channel lineups and was fairly impressed.
