God sends his only begotten Son into the world to die for the sins of the world, 1 John 2:2.
But then, he doesn't want anyone to hear about or believe it. Because if they did hear and believe and it changed their lives that would be salvation by works. Your doctrine is Satanic.
It is the work of the Holy Spirit to make the Gospel known to all.
Men become alive by hearing and believing the Gospel. Read about in Acts chapter 2.

I can assure you that when I attend my home church, at least, and many more that I have attended over the years we gather together in the name of the risen Christ.
