Yes, simply by the fact that they were Chosen in Christ their Covenant Head and Surety Heb 7:22, God sees them as being "perfected forever", therefore Justified Heb. 10:14. The Everlasting Covenant or New Covenant guarantees their Justification from sins Eph. 1:7 by Christ's Blood Mat. 26:28; Rom. 5:9 before they were born in time, and Believed on Him, because they were given Grace in Christ before the world began 2 Tim. 1:9. That's why God can never justly lay any charge against them. Hence, the Gospel of God's Grace! ☺

I believe that the Faith that Abraham exercised in God, that John Gill speaks of, was after He was quickened, Born of the Spirit Gal. 3:8; 5:22.
In the same way all of His Seed shall receive Faith through the Blessing of Abraham, which is through the Holy Spirit Gal. 3:16, 29; 4:4-5.

Justified by Christ's Redeeming Death alone !
Many in false religion deny this most precious Truth, that if Christ died for one, that fact in and of itself Justified you. This is not Justification by Faith, even though that is true also, but this is Justification solely by the death of Christ, which redeems, and the Grace of God. Here's a scripture that declares it Rom 3:24
Being justified freely by his grace [How] through[on the account of] the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
The redemption that is in His Blood Eph 1:7; Col 1:14 Eph 1:7
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
The word redemption in both Rom 3:24 and Eph 1:7 is the greek word apolutrósis:
release effected by payment of ransom; redemption, deliverance.
The ramsom payment that effected the release was not mans repentance or faith, but the Life Blood of Christ ! For instance Matt 20:28
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
That done, the many He gave His Life for were released. Now released from what ? The debt of sin,
purchasing them from the debt of sin ,deliverance effected through the death of Christ from the retributive wrath of a holy God and the merited penalty of sin, deliverance from the penalty of transgressions, effected through their expiation
Thats why its also correlated with forgiveness of sins !

According to Gal 3:13 how were these believers redeemed ?

Absolutely Yes Brother. Those Christ died for were Justified, declared free from guilt, abjured to be Righteous, not by any action of theirs, but solely based on Christ's Blood Work on their behalf, even while they are in a state of impurity and sinfulness.
Rom. 5:9-10
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
Rom. 4:7-8
7 Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

Gods word answers that, for God does things according to His word, even His word of promise. Isa 45:25
In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
Which is the all the seed of Abraham Rom 4:16
Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
God promised to Justify abrahams seed Gal 3:8

So God Justifies the Many whom Christ was offered for, His Body, Chosen in Union with Him before the foundation and predestinated to become His Adopted Sons / Children and; the limited portion of humanity Chosen to be Redeemed by Christ's Blood according to the riches of His Grace Eph. 1:4-7; God's Vessels of Mercy Rom. 9:23, the Seed of Abraham Heb. 2:16, Israel Is. 45:17!
And their Justification by Faith comes by receiving the Blessing of Abraham.

Non Imputation of sin equates to Justification !
Since Non imputation of sin is a branch of forgiveness of sins Rom 4:6-8
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
It is written in Rom 4:25 that Christ was raised again for our Justification. That word for Justification, the greek word dikaiósis, it means:
acquittal, justifying, justification, a process of absolution.
Which words are mere synonyms for forgiveness.
It means:
cleared of all charges (punishment) related to their sins.
Now this is True of them from their mothers womb, as long as Christ died for them and rose again for them ! Its true while they are being ungodly, hence God because of Christ's death, can justify, acquit, forgive the ungodly ! Rom 4:5
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness

This is one of the most abused and misunderstood scriptures in Romans 4, for what its saying is mostly denied by mans religion. The Truth here being stated is that God has justified men/women while being ungodly, thats why its followed by Vs 6

God Given Faith in New Birth Gal. 5:22; Phil. 1:29 will reveal to those whom Christ's Righteousness has been imputed to, that because of His Death for them, God shall show them His Covenant of Grace in Christ Jesus Ps. 25:14. That even when they were God's enemies [even then], He reconciled them to Himself Rom. 5:10, and they were put into His Favour, solely by His Grace and Mercy Rom. 9:23 he had for them from Everlasting Eph. 1:4-7; 2 Tim. 1:9; Ps. 103:17. They are indeed a Blessed, and a Justified People Rom. 4:6!
