One of the subtle corruptions of antichrist false religion, its how they take a Spiritual Grace/ Fruit that of Faith Gal 5:22, and make it a condition that the natural man must perform in order to get Justified with God.
That is a lie.
Those Christ died for are Justified before God solely by His Blood alone through redemption ! Rom 3:24
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption[blood] that is in Christ Jesus:
The redemption here is that through His Blood according to the riches of Gods Grace Eph 1:7
7 In whom we have redemption[justification] through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
This Justification is freely, meaning without a cause. Thats what the word freely means in Rom 3:24 its the greek word dórean :
as a free gift, without payment, freely, something freely done (as gratis), i.e. without "cause"; unearned (undeserved); freely given (without cost) hence not done out of mere obligation or compulsion
But the antichrist followers say that faith, believing is the cause, hence denying scripture, and Justification solely based upon the Grace of God and the Blood of Christ !

The antichrist followers deny the Truth of scripture everyday!
Justification by Christ's Blood is exclusively for the Election of Grace 2 Tim. 1:9 and is revealed to each one of them through Faith, passively given in New Birth Gal. 5:22.

Justification by Faith is only possible by being Born of the Spirit, Who makes known to the Chosen Children of God the realization of the fact, that because of their Election in Christ their Surety Head Heb. 7:22 from everlasting, they were reconciled to God Rom. 5:10 solely because of Christ shedding His Blood for them.
So, it's not one's own act of believing on Christ that Justifies him, but that God's Law and Justice was Legally Satisfied by Christ Death alone on their behalf Rev. 13:8; Is. 53:6; Rom 4:8. In other words, Justification by Faith for all those Christ died for does not occur at some time in the future by a person's own act of faith, but that their Faith in Christ, which is a fruit of New Birth, is the evidence of their Justification from Everlasting, and not the cause of it.

They dont believe as to the Testimony of scripture, that those Christ died for, by His Death alone for them, apart from any obedience, faith, repentance of their own, but even as they are ungodly rebel sinners like other men and women by nature, that by His death alone they are made righteous, and totally Justified before God without any one sin laid to their charge. Now scriptures that validate this Truth are as follows, all for whom Christ died, by His death alone have had all their sins before God purged away, Heb 1:3
who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
You see that ? By Himself alone, those He died for, purged their sins. That word purged is the greek word katharismós and means:
cleansing, purifying, purification, literal, ceremonial, or moral; met: expiation.
Its a cleansing/purification which results from God removing undesirable admixtures (eliminating impurities). Its
a cleansing from the guilt of sins wrought by the expiatory sacrifice of Christ,. Hence not one charge of sin can be charged to any sinner Christ died for, as so intimates Rom 8:33-34
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
You see that ? Yes! The elect sinners Christ died for, chosen in Him to be without blame before Him Eph. 1:4 to have forgiveness of Eph. 1:7, they can never come under condemnation or be punished for anything they do or don't do, whether they have come to realize that fact or not, and before they come to believe on Him. But they are Justified solely by Christ's Blood Rom. 5:9, purging their sins by the giving of Himself for them, completely satisfying God's Law and Justice on their behalf Titus 2:14.

You right, they can't believe in Jesus Christ because they are condemned already, still under the penalty of sin, and so will permanently remain under the wrath of God and die in their sins John 3:18, 36; 8:24.
But the Elect Rom. 8:33, the Sheep Christ gave His Life for John 10:11, 15, Chosen In Union with Christ before the foundation Eph. 1:4, they have the benefit of His Death even before believing, because they were reconciled to God by Christ's Death for them while being enemies Rom. 5:10. So no sin was imputed to them but laid on their Surety instead Heb. 7:22; Heb. 13:20-21.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Christ's Death was only for God's Election of Grace Rom. 11:5-7, chosen In Union with Christ Jesus before the foundation of the world to have Redemption through His Blood Eph. 1:4-7, "the Redemption that is In Christ Jesus" Rom. 3:24. They were Justified freely [dōrean; undeservedly] totally apart from anything done by them, such as exercising their own faith, repentance, accepting a free gift, obedience to His Commands, or anything else as determined by a person that he does in his vain attempt to make himself right with God.
