Well, that's not true, but don't let a little thing like truth stop you now. It would be out of character. Black on white violence is largely a matter of opportunity.
What I mean by that is where whites comprise the largest single group and blacks around 12% of that overall group, most of the people who are harmed or robbed, etc. are going to be white, as are most of the people involved in traffic accidents. Now when you look at racially motivated crimes, blacks comprise about 24%, which tells you there's a lot of anger in the community, given they're only around 12%, but also tells you that most racially motivated violence is still in another camp.
I'll see if I can have some ice water shipped down for you. What I've said about it is that the BLM is about systemic inequity in treatment by the criminal justice system. Nothing in your attempt to shift focus alters that or makes it a thing that doesn't require scrutiny and address, as with disparate sentencing.
