What does God's Holy Law Demand?

Well, it's come to this: You are a liar, a slanderer, and a bigot.
But you have faith, so I guess it's OK.

It's not OK, a person's faith is demonstrated by what they say and do. Robert's words are corrupt in terms of scripture. Robert has nothing but disdain for God's law not understanding that a father's love never dies. Many parents love their children unconditionally and the Father loves Israel, his firstborn son unconditionally.

Robert doesn't approve of parents training their children with regard to right and wrong. He seems to believe in an innate goodness in people that they will intuitively do what their father expects from them. Jeremiah was inspired to say that the heart is deceitful and desperately wicked.

Robert does not believe God has the ability to forgive sin. He claims everyone is a sinner and cannot change or be converted.

I disagree that Robert has faith, he is the epitome of antinomianism.

Grace is higher than law, legalist.

Jesus is God's law incarnate in human flesh. He is the epitome of the law.

"But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested" Romans 3:21.

There is only ONE GOD AND HE IS THE FATHER.

See 1 Corinthians 8:6, and Deuteronomy 4:35, Deuteronomy 4:39, Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 46:9, Jeremiah 10:6, and many more.

Robert Pate teaches that we do NOT have to obey ANYTHING that God says.

He is teaching falseness. He teaches faith alone and no obedience.

He is a half sibling to the Calvinists, in a twisted way.

Robert Pate teaches we do NOT HAVE TO OBEY AND THAT WE CANNOT OBEY.

That teaching is NOWHERE in the Bible.

In fact, it goes against the Word of God.

The Calvinists teach we cannot believe and obey God to be saved and we can only believe and obey after we are saved.

Robert Pate teaches we can believe but we cannot obey until after we are saved, and we cannot obey everything even after we are saved.

We have to obey to be saved, and we have to keep obeying after we are saved.

Wisdom proves you wrong.

"But wisdom is proved right by her deeds." See Matthew 11:19.

If my deeds are that of obeying Jesus---then I am ALWAYS RIGHT.

It is NEVER EVER wrong to obey Jesus. There is not a right time and wrong time to obey---not when you want to be saved, and not when you want to remain saved.

Calvinists go out of their way to say we cannot believe and obey to be saved.

The faith alone crowd goes out of their way to say we cannot obey to be saved or to stay saved.

Who is behind such a teaching?

It is NEVER EVER WRONG TO OBEY GOD.

There is no scripture ANYWHERE that says we cannot obey God before we are saved.

And there is no scripture ANYWHERE that says we cannot sin after being saved.

The Bible says faith alone is dead and cannot save anyone. The scriptures are God breathed.

James 2:14, 17, 20, and 22.

James was a Judaizer like you. He believed in Jesus, but he also believed that you must keep the law of Moses.

There were many Judaizers. Paul had to straighten them out, Galatians 2:11-21.
