I went without eating from around 8 last night until noon today.
Coffee has no calories and helps the burn. It also has anti-oxidants as a little bonus.This is what got me over the hump. Intermittent fasting forces the body to burn its reserves. Fasting for an extra 4 hours in the morning will not kill anybody.
