Neither is child molestation
Or rape
Easier than between two consenting adults.

What, you think evidence has to come from the vicinity of the act itself?
Never said it was.
I said it was EVIDENCE, a WITNESS, that the person is committing adultery, not a crime in and of itself. Nor is it proof of it either.
Flirting with someone else who is married and/or while you yourself are married is wrong, and is a good indication that there may be sexual relations going on, or that it is leading to a sexual relationship.
Um, no, because lust is not a crime. It IS a sin, but it is NOT a crime.
And how is that different from rape or child molestation?
Which is called fornication, a crime, and if they are caught, the couple who fornicate should be forced to marry and never be allowed to divorce.Easier than between two consenting adults.

It should be....then there would be less crime. :chuckle:
Indications that a sexual relationship might be going on is not evidence at all.
Physical evidence and victim testimony.
Easier than between two consenting adults.
Plenty of physical evidence from having sex... And the husband or wife, the children, family, friends, and society, are all victims when someone commits adultery.Physical evidence and victim testimony.
“If a man entices a virgin who is not betrothed, and lies with her, he shall surely pay the bride-price for her to be his wife. - Exodus 22:16 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Exodus22:16&version=NKJVNow you're joking, right?
So... Thought police?
"Evidence is not evidence"
It is not an easy crime to prove....
Both would be allowed in the case of adultery
Was it easy to prove decades old allegations of child abuse by catholic priests?

I wonder why God didn't give the Gentiles these same rules.
multiple victims over the years
He gave them "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery"
