The Left has become dangerously unhinged.
Given the response of America's "intelligence" community, its the President who is becoming unhinged!
Dozens of retired senior officials, both Democrat and Republican, are stating in so many words in their defence of Brennan, that they have come to the conclusion that this President is unfit to hold office!
The "window" is also rapidly closing on those currently serving in the White House and the Tump Administration - their association with "The Donald" will preclude them from seeking any future employment in the private sector.

...and that's what you've just done. I wouldn't support execution of criminals for lots of reasons, but some on here support executions, public executions even, for a list of Old Testament offences, whilst ignoring the all the rest of the 507 OT Laws.
How about you? Are you for applying OT laws for Gays, Incest, Adultery etc?

The Old Testament laws were given to establish the children of Israel as a civilized nation.
Part of being civilized is ensuring that evil does not destroy that civilization.
For this to happen, the death penalty must be swiftly and publicly carried out.
Deuteronomy 17:7 7 The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among you. |
With the Old Testament laws, only the guilty were to be put to death.
The liberals love to kill the innocent and keep the guilty alive.
That is the way to destroy a civilization.

Why would the world be full of killing if the death penalty for capital crimes was implemented properly?
You have it backwards. Leftists say "NO MORE DP!" and then they kill millions of babies in the womb, all while letting murderers, adulterers and rapists go relatively unpunished.
Reality is that when you remove the death penalty from crimes that deserve it, you're pushing the death penalty onto the innocent.
Eider, could I ask you to do something that will take some effort on your part?
Could you put together a criminal code that you feel would not only reduce the crime we have today, but would also deter future criminals from committing crimes?
Or perhaps you know of a criminal code that someone has produced that would do the same?
Because the one here in the US is only making things worse.

Violent racists were democrats in name only, so long as it resisted progressive politics in relation to blacks. When that shifted to the Republican Party they went with it. That's how the South became a bastion of conservative, republican politics.

Here I am trying to be nice and even giving you a chance to show how knowledgable you are, and you have nothing to offer but mockery?
And on top of that, you didn't even try to put any effort into compiling a criminal code to make things right, you only mentioned "crazy gun laws" and "locking people up." Both of which are part of the current system, of which I said (rather explicitly) "the one here in the US is only making things worse."
So, could we try again?
Perhaps you could compile a Criminal Code that would reduce crime to almost 0% with minimal effort on the government's part, or perhaps you know of one that someone else compiled and could share it here?
If you can't, then why should I trust you on what we should do, when YOU YOURSELF don't even know what we should do about the crime epidemic?
