People who live transparently and try to be honest about themselves are often seen as strange and weird by others who do not share those qualities.

But a vestige is a trace of something that is disappearing or no longer exists.
We are talking about someone with full blown narcissism.

Then I miscommunicated.
I am wholly narcissistic and I can connect with it any time or place. My narcissim is front and center.

I sometimes carry a grandiose self-importance.
I too often covet praise and attention. And this is often when I give a public Bible lesson at a church.
And I sometimes try unsuccessfully to hide my deficits and faults.

The only thing I don’t do is demean, intimidate, bully, or belittle others. My saving grace is that I remember well how it felt for me to be mocked and humiliated by others.

And I have to be accountable for my narcissism and how it is exhibited. My mother was narcisstic so I had to be honest because I was raising a daughter to be open-hearted, full of integrity and curious about life.

To raise her right I had to repent and change my entire way of being in the world.
