Matt makes an interesting observation that I had overlooked. When the haters of America thought they could destroy this kid, they framed the argument without identifying him as a child. Now that they realize a conviction is impossible, they're referring to him as a child and using the situation as a talking point for gun control.

Again, free country, citizens can go anywhere they please (barring restricted areas), and Kyle certainly did have business there, as UN mentioned.
Something which the prosecution in his case has so far failed to show, and will never be able to show, since his intent was not, in fact, to murder two thugs who were rioting in the streets, but rather to serve his community.

They want to teach American children that America started in 1619 when slavery first hit the shores (which is a lie) and that it must be destroyed, torn down, burned to the ground before it can be "built back better" as a socialist Utopia.

Since law enforcement was doing NOTHING to stop the burning and rioting patriots stood up in the face of lawlessness. As an American he had every right to be there to fight leftist insanity.
Of course the prosecution is crashing and burning because the judge, unlike the flaming leftist liberal judges in the Michael Flynn and Roger Stone cases, is not a left-wing, lynch-mob-supporting radical in this case.
