I remember one of the women on the old CWS site that said she came home one day with a carton of cigs and threw them at her husband (who had been trying to quit for two weeks) and said if he didn't smoke them she was going to get a divorce.But can I do it and not go postal?

I'm doing well so far. No anxiety, a little scatter-brained, have lost 12 pounds already so no "fat" worries. Mostly just the head-game.
