The Just shall live by Faith ! 2

The Just shall live by Faith ! 2

The second thing that is most certain to happen unto all for whom Christ died, its that they shall all be born again 1 Pet 1:3 of the Spirit, because the Faith they must live by is a fruit of the Spirit Gal 5:22

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Thats right, that Faith which it is promised the Just shall live by Gal 3:11

But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Its a fruit of the Spirit and man has it not by nature, since it pleases God Heb 11:6 and since those in the flesh cannot do Rom 8:8 !

And since all for whom Christ died , it is promised they shall live by Faith, and its certain, then its also most certain that they shall be born of the Spirit Jn 3:6-8 !

By His stripes[death] ye were healed !

By His stripes[death] ye were healed !

1 Pet 2:24

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

This one scripture truth alone condemns all false religion that teaches that anyone Christ died for shall yet die in their sins in unbelief, or that teaches, that those Christ died for [meaning His strpes for them] are not saved by it or them alone, in and of itself, without their repentance, or faith, or even without any work of application by the Spirit, because this scripture plainly teaches, that they were healed, and or saved BY HIS STRIPES , which equates to His Death ! Its twin Testimony of scripture that witnesses the same Truth is here Isa 53:5

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Which by the way shows the OT and NT Unity of the Church and the effects of the death of Christ. It shows that the My People for whoms transgressions He died Isa 53:8

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

That they are the Church of God, comprised of both jew and Gentile, as we know it is the Church of God referred to here 1 Pet 2:5

5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

We know that this Spiritual House, which means Temple, its the same one Paul writes of here in Eph 2:21-22 which includes Gentiles Eph 2:19, and back in 1 Pet 2:5, its this Spiritual House Peter says of this 1 Pet 2:24, which fulfills Isa 53:5 !

Now with that in Mind, they were healed by Christ's stripes, which is equivalent to saying they were saved by His stripes/death ! This verse gives full credit to the death of Christ in bringing about the full salvation of all for whom He suffered stripes in behalf of, and antichrist religion will not have that !

Those whom Christ did not die for are only capable of having a dead faith because
they will remain spiritually dead; will not be given the Promise of the Spirit James 2:26.
For the Promise of the Spirit was given only to the Seed of Abraham Heb. 2:16 KJV.

Gal. 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not,
And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Gal. 3:14
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ;
that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

The Blessing of Abraham is an Eternal Inheritance Gal. 3:18 given to Elect Chosen in Christ
before the foundation Eph. 1:11, predestinated to the Adoption of Sons Eph. 1:4-5.

Gal. 4:6
And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Rom. 8:16-17
v.16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
v.17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him,
that we may be also glorified together.

By His stripes[death] ye were healed !2

By His stripes[death] ye were healed !2

Those Christ died for were healed from the penalty of sin which is death, healed from all of its consequences, made whole. They have been healed from sins eternal death, or the second death, all deaths are the consequences of sin Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

John Gill comments :

For the wages of sin is death,.... By sin, is meant every sin, original sin, actual sin, every kind of sin, lesser and greater: the "death" which sin deserves, is a corporeal death; which is not owing to the original nature and constitution of men; nor merely to the divine appointment; but to sin, and the decree of God, on account of it; which is inflicted on Christless sinners, as a punishment for sin, though not on believers as such, because Christ has took away the sting and curse of it: a death of diseases and afflictions also follows upon sin, as its proper demerit; which are properly punishments to wicked men, and are occasioned by sin in believers: there is a death of the soul, which comes by sin, which lies in an alienation from God, in a loss of the image of God, and in a servitude to sin; and there is an eternal death, the just wages of sin, which lies in a separation of soul and body from God, and in a sense of divine wrath to all eternity; and which is here meant, as is clear from its antithesis, "eternal life", in the next clause. Now this is "the wages" of sin; sin does in its own nature produce it, and excludes from life; it is the natural issue of it; sin is committed against an infinite God, and righteously deserves such a death

But understand, those Christ died for [His stripes] have been healed from and forgiven of all sin, the second death cannot be applied to them. Now the Greek word for heal in 1 Pet 2:24 is iaomai and means the following:

I heal, generally of the physical, sometimes of spiritual, disease.

to make whole i. e. to free from errors and sins, to bring about (one's) salvation

All for whom Christ died, as their Head and Representative, Surety, died with Him and were freed from sin Rom 6:7

7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Which also means Justified from sin ! To be cleared of all charges and punishment related to the wages of their sins, which is also forgiveness of sins, which the word heal is employed to signify, for instance Ps 103:3

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

In fact the word healeth here is the same hebrew word for heal here Isa 53:5

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Which is fulfilled in 1 Pet 2:24, they were healed from all Divine Punishment for sin !

Excellent 2-part study!

In order for any to have forgiveness of sins, they had to have been in a Legal Union with Christ,
the Covenant Head and Surety of all the Election of Grace, comprised of only a segment
of all of humanity
, Chosen in Him in Eternity.

Eph. 1:4-7
v.4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
v.5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself,
according to the good pleasure of his will, v.6 To the praise of the glory of his grace,
wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. v.7 In whom we have redemption through his blood,
the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace

It's only these Elect Children of God Rom. 9:8 who will come to experience being Born from Above in their lifetime,
and will be given the Gift of the Holy Spirit of Promise as a Witness that they belong to Christ.

Rom. 8:16
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Rom. 8:33
Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

We teach Salvation by works !

We teach Salvation by works !

We teach Salvation by works whenever we say, imply that in order for God to Save, Justified them Christ hath died for, that to deliver them from wrath, they must in addition to Christ's Death, they must obey, repent, or believe in Him, things which men must do, this makes men Co Saviors in their Salvation, in being delivered from Gods Wrath, which things take away from the perfection of Christ's Sacrifice for their sins, which Sacrifice alone has perfected them forever Heb 10:14, which includes them being delivered from Gods Wrath ! How could His Sacrifice perfected them, and not deliver them from His/Gods Wrath ?

Those who teach such a lie, do cast contempt upon the Death and Blood of Christ, and seek to bring glory and boasting to man the creature and what he does that ultimately causes God to deliver that one from the wrath to come and Justify him !

Because false religion teaches that Christ's Death has only made Salvation possible / available to all mankind,
they think that by performing certain biblical imperatives, they can get themselves saved.

Even those who teach that Salvation was for God's Chosen Elect, yet add believing, for example,
as a necessary contributing factor which a person must perform in addition to Christ's Death for their justification,
yes that makes them Co Saviour in their Salvation.

Both examples of those false teachings, are nothing short of Blasphemy of the Efficacy of Christ's Death alone
to Save His People, which scripture testifies that He Sanctified and Perfected them forever Heb. 10:14!

Denying Justification by Grace !

Denying Justification by Grace !

Rom 3:24

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

We deny that Salvation/Justification is by Grace, that is, its accomplished and effected and applied to our account before God, solely by the Obedience of Christ, the redemption in His Blood shed, whenever we do teach that its not applied to us until we perform any type of duty, obedience of our own; that totally disregards the stated truth of not only Rom 3:24, but also Rom 5:19b

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

That by the obedience of ONE, not two, and that ONE being Jesus Christ, many shall be made/declared to be Righteous/Justified ! The word made is the greek word kathistemi and means:

To set down as, constitute, to declare/show to be, hence because of Christ's One Obedience, God declares that Many are Righteous /Justified !

Even from Eternity, all the Elect Sons of God Eph. 1:4-5 chosen in Christ, were declared Justified because
no sin was ever imputed to them Eph. 1:7, but laid on their Surety instead Heb. 7:22; Rev. 13:8; Is. 53:6.
His flawless Obedience in His Life and Death satisfied God's Law and Justice on their behalf. So as each one
is born in time, they are made a New Creature, Born of the Spirit, and passively receive the Free Gift of the
Imputed Righteousness their Surety Christ Jesus provided for them: Not by any action on their part whatever,
but solely because, according to God's Will and Purpose, they were Chosen in Christ and Given Grace before
the world began!

2 Tim. 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to
his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

Denying Justification by Grace !2

Denying Justification by Grace !2

This was and is collaborated in the OT scriptures Isa 53:11

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

Now the Righteous servant here is Christ, and He shall bear the inquity of many, which corresponds with His Obedience of One in Rom 5:19b, and by that He shall Justify many, the word Justify here means also:to declare righteous.

As a result of the anguish of His soul, He shall see it and be satisfied; By His knowledge [of what He has accomplished] the Righteous One, My Servant, shall justify the many [making them righteous—upright before God, in right standing with Him], For He shall bear [the responsibility for] their sins.AMP

Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous, and he shall bear their iniquities.

The simple fact that He bare their sins results in them being accounted Righteous.

Now what the false teachers attempt to do is to take the credit away from Christ, and His One sole Obedience unto death Phil 2:8 being that which Justifies us before God, but will instead give the credit to mans obedience, his faith and or repentance, which depreciates the priceless Justifying Value of Christ's Blood, and praises the value of mans obedience, to which they attribute Justification before God, which is antichrist to say the least !
