It's like you don't even have a grasp on how the real world works. Reporters rush to be the first to get a story out. Mugshots are the quickest and most readily available option. Someone found a more recent photo likely hours or even days (nearly a month) after this dude was already cold. So what? That's supposed to be proof of a conspiracy?
