Heb 12:22+ What, praytell, are the contrasts for? '...to this...not to that...' If they have come to 'this' then the whole letter and the whole Bible always was about that and your blasting of 8:8 is degenerate.

None of those verses you referenced use the word Trinity, but you believe without a doubt they are talking about the Trinity.
Hebrews does not use the phrase "body of Christ", but is is very obvious that the Christians being written to are part of the body of Christ.

The 40 years doesn't matter exactly, it was that it was a generation--the generation that had escaped through the exodus. Now, in Christ's exodus (Lk 9), there was another generation that could 'perish in the desert' if they 'didn't enter the rest (the Gospel)' and not fight Rome for Judean independence.
