We have differing opinions.
Yes, that's why I'm here discussing it.
If you're not here to discuss, then just leave already.
We have differing opinions.
It was a pretty short sentence. You really should read more carefully what I wrote.
Clearly you desire to be ignored by rationally-thinking people.
I do not know why you desire to be ignored by rationally-thinking people. Why?
Yet you still failed to understand it.It was a pretty short sentence.
We have differing opinions.
What if he's about to kill someone in front of you, and you have a gun in your hand?
So that never happens I pray everyday for the protection of those I love.
That is much more powerful that a gun.
Don't ever make the mistake of thinking that it appropriate for you to correct me. You'll be invariably wrong - no matter what.Should be just?
Agreed.
Irrelevant. It is written..."There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love." (1 John 4:18)
No one suggested otherwise. It doesn't even make any sense, you dullard!Education can't trump mercy.
Fairness has exactly nothing to do with it.Fairness, according to God's Spirit.
John 5:30 is a great example..."I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."
Well, this confirms that you are definitely not saved, which was the point of my asking the question. You're completely ignorant of the very foundational principles of the gospel. You are NOT a Christian.God cannot be bribed.
Everything is black or white with Him in matters of judgement.
But then there is this..."For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment." (James 2:13)
Showing mercy to others will go towards our "account" with God.
God will have mercy on the merciful.
It is written..."Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy." (Matt 5:7)
Shall we be merciful at the border?
That is funny, in a sad sort of way.
I choose to love God above anything, or one, else.
The Christian hypocrite would choose to love a family member or some hypothetical person more than God.
That is idolatry.
I will no longer act as if you're a Christian. You have no grounds to debate against me on any Christian topic. You are not practicing the Christian religion any more than a Morman would be.God does exist, and He wants all men to love Him, and each other, like He loves us.
Keeping people away from the freedoms of this country doesn't fit that paradigm.
I prove God exists everyday by refusing to commit sin.
If God does not exist nothing can be proven at all.How do you prove it?
Agree with what? That you're not a Christian?OK.
Agreed.
You know nothing about either God's word or His Spirit. You don't even have a child's understanding of what justice is! How could you possibly understand the gospel much less have accepted it as true? Thanks be to God for His word and His Spirit.
For teachers and prophets.
For bishops and deacons.
And for the fellowship of the brotherhood.
The problem at the border is politcal in nature. The law is being intentionally ignored by those who are supposed to enforce it and they are doing it for political reasons in contradiction to their oath of office. It's fix is simply the application of the law, which will not happen so long as those who are currently in power remain in power. Now, apply that logic to the treatment of those at the border.
Apply that logic to the border problem.
Apply that logic to the border problem.
Apply that logic to the border problem.
