Well, yes the pay gap exists but it's not the result of discrimination, it's the result of career and education choices men and women make. There's no inequality there. Quite the opposite, it's the result of men and women both having the freedom to choose what types of careers to pursue and how. The only way to "fix" this would be to force women to make the same choices men make.The gender pay gap still exists. I believe in meritocracy. Encourage people to do a good job by pay raises and other incentives. The best person for the job includes evaluating how they get along with co-workers and management. And that cannot be governed by fiat!
