Thirteen times Paul puts HIS name as the first word of his epistle and yet it's NOT there in the book to the HEBREWS.

2Thess 3:17 (AKJV/PCE)
(3:17) The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.

No, someone else wrote to the Hebrews.

P.S. Why would the apostle of the gentiles write a book to the HEBREWS?

Paul preached to

Jews

and

Gentiles

They say Hebrews is from Paul, you say no.
Who is "they"? The "experts"?

What it is is that I want to good explanation of why Paul would not make a SINGLE mention of Jesus as "our High Priest".

Think about it.

WE are the TEMPLE of the LIVING GOD.

A temple has a High Priest!
When Paul refers to our bodies as the "temple of God", he is NOT referring to priesthood!

He is referring to it AS THE RESIDENCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!

The fact that you cannot make these simple distinctions shows your spiritual blindness.

1Cor 3:16 (AKJV/PCE)
(3:16) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1Cor 6:19 (AKJV/PCE)
(6:19) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Paul described himself as "a Hebrew of Hebrews"

(Phil 3:5) circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; in regard to the law, a Pharisee;

Paul was a Pharisee. Paul knew the OT, and Paul understood more than anyone else that Christ Jesus fulfilled the Law and Prophets, and that the NC had been put in place at the time Hebrews was written.

Who besides Paul understood the fulfillment of the Law and Prophets and the mysteries of the NC better than Paul?

Why do you constantly refuse to have Jesus reign over you in any manner whatsoever?

He definitely had the background. :patrol:

All those things are true. But that still does not make Paul the author.

Paul signed ALL of his epistles with HIS NAME: http://theologyonline.com/entry.php?3512-Paul-did-not-write-Hebrews-we-do-not-know-who-did

The book to the Hebrews is NOT signed that way.

All(you taught us that) you Preterists say that being a Pharisee, a Hebrew, is not literal, nor is the NC.

How did you get so stupid, weakling Craigie?

So what?

A temple has a High Priest!

Listen up, you clueless demon-only sinners need a High Priest. Believers have an advocate, not a High Priest. Of course, since you are lost, you do need a High Priest.

It's not a letter.

Heb 13:22 And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
Heb 13:23 Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
Heb 13:24 Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
Heb 13:25 Grace be with you all. Amen. Written to the Hebrews from Italy, by Timothy.

Sounds like a letter, to me.
