All the teams are suffering these same issues that's just the breaks!

I had 3 on my roster and they all got hurt. How many could I have on my roster to "plan ahead" for?

I seem to recall last year, my starting QB went injured going into the playoffs and Jefferson beat me because of the same issue you have and noone said open up the add/drop. When its playoff time, as a rule, add/ drops are closed.

But Doc, we make our own rules, don't we. I think we should add that to your poll for next seasons rules.

Did you notice that each of my ideas was met favorably?

Sooooooo...when you gonna turn on the Add/Drop?

If I had known that you were short a QB last year, I would have given you mine.

Hey Doc, now that I'm out of the Playoffs and playing for draft position, am I supposed to lose in order to get a better slot in the draft next year?

Seems that fielding an illegal team would give me a guaranteed loss, but that doesn't sound like much fun.....

This year, I am trying to keep everyone playing during the playoffs. But actually, your right, the loser gets the better draft pick. But the rules for next year, say that if you don't field a team, your out of the league.

From 2005 rules thread
section c - Members
clause 1 - Reasons For The Revoking of Privileges
1.1 - If a member fails to have a starting line-up for two consecutive weeks, their member privileges can be revoked. Also, when the league playoffs start, if a member does not field a team for that week, their member privileges can be revoked.

This has happened alot. This situation has been rectified for next year. I know it doesn't do anyone any good now, but.....this will not happen next year.

Teams will be allowed to submit a list of backups (one per position)that will come into play if a starter does not end up playing or is injured in the first quarter of his game and doesn't return.
