Of course they do, but that is not all they believe. (The Messiah part is not required for the body of Christ). They believe they are justified by the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Well, they came to Christ through Israel...the preaching of the Kingdom that Jesus was the Son of God and the Messiah.
