These are NOT the same gospel

Of course we can when you argue who the "we" is talking about, instead of showing scripture that proves your claim about Peter knowing about justification through faith because he was a Jew.

And you don't think they fulfilled their role?

These are NOT the same gospel

Well then we need to look at it again with fresh eyes. I think what Paul says in Romans 11 makes it very clear.

    Who’s it to?

They didn't talk about it because they were all circumcised. All the Jews. They were all law keepers.

    Who’s it to?

Nice try. RD isn't cowardly, and you can't stop him from responding to my posts....even if it is in your thread.

Her new MO. Lots of talk, but no scripture backing it up.

These are NOT the same gospel

NO, I do not say that. Total bull. I say, and have said repeatedly, HE IS ABLE. Not I am able. Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: So when we stand before the throne, Tam can say...

These are NOT the same gospel

You like to jump to the end of all things, and we aren't in the fulness of time yet. You're wrong, though, the Apostles made it all about the Kingdom on earth with Christ as King. Show some scripture, girl. Don't be lazy. Support some of this nonsense you're preaching so boldly.

These are NOT the same gospel

What you fail to see is that the New Covenant was put on hold because the Jews crucified their King when He came. They were supposed to be the light unto the gentiles. They failed. So, the church age has to be completed before the New Covenant with the Jews can even begin.

These are NOT the same gospel

Saying it doesn't make it so. And in this case, you're dead wrong. It is extremely unsettling when believers have no assurance of their salvation. Their trust and faith is in themselves rather than the Lord's work on the cross. No assurance.....no salvation.

Are you serious? RD can't respond to my posts? Good luck making that one stick.

I get it. You don't have an answer.

These are NOT the same gospel

It's not a dilemma for me, but it might be so for the Jews. They will have to endure to the end to have their sins blotted out.

These are NOT the same gospel

I'm still waiting for just one instance of proof from you about Peter teaching the sufficiency of the cross.

These are NOT the same gospel

It did happen right away, but Paul was baptized for the same reason Jesus was...to fulfill all righteousness. Paul was a Jew, and first obeyed the Gospel of the Kingdom. In fact, he began preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom...preaching Christ as the Messiah and the Son of God. Acts...

These are NOT the same gospel

Just that tiny portion, but the rest negates it from being Pauline. The forgiveness of sins occurs immediately with Paul's gospel, but the rest will have to wait until the Lord returns.

These are NOT the same gospel

Seriously? And this? "And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me," As members of the body, we have teachers, preachers, evangelists....all members of the same body. The quote above doesn't sound like...

Then you should have no problem showing where the obedience of faith was spoken of by the prophets.
