You know the Court is not heeding to the signifier 'marriage' nor did they need to, as the issue at hand is about the legality of relations, and this is why there is so much decent on this one.
It is not 'marriage', rather it is extending a right, not privilege, as to the presumption of relationship. The division is over the issue of the rights involved in relationship.
