I am truly sorry you find offense in my amusement of your thread Quixote, I have always looked at the Quixote thread as your weekly, "look at what they said" and "look at what I said back" thread, DM just hurt your feelings by pointing out the obvious. You seem quite satisfied to lampoon others posts within the Quixote thread while attempting to claim some sort of moral high ground with your own retorts/posts, it may not be your intent but, it is surely how it comes across to me & others. We can disagree vehemently face to face but when you take it to another thread to declare a win? Not so much... I don't appreciate your assessment/lampooning of my words in a personal thread any more than you appreciate me finding amusement in a post that points out the obvious conclusion that not just I came to about the purpose of the Quixote thread. Keep your scolding for a moment when I actually deserve it. :e4e:

Among many related experiences in my life (the more serious and prosecutable ones I won't talk about here), I too have been cornered in a workplace stairwell and kissed against my will. I was totally unprepared, I didn't see it coming. Not the only time I've been backed into a corner either... the mere thought of being backed into a corner raises my threat level. So this hits home to me.

No problem, I hate that I'm having to write this on my phone, it's claustrophobic for me, not being able to type as fast as I'm thinking. I'm not joking either, I'm 100% serious. I'm waiting for class to begin.

Anyway: I believe the women. Having been on the receiving end of harassment - and assault which I never reported - I believe them and have no patience for the pitchfork brigade of either gender who call the women liars without a fair hearing.

Re: the other... in all sincerity, it's simply not worth further time invested in responding to that... whatever it is. The best response at this point is none, in my never-shy opinion. You already answered. Successive responses will give diminishing returns.

I didn't realize he'd been trolling in that, good for Knight for kicking him out of that at least and on the mods for barring him out of Quixotes. It's funny, I feel the same way nowadays, he's just boring. Not worth getting wound up over at all. I think that resonates for a lot of others here as well. There's only so long an act can go before it's that thin it snaps...
