I think the 5100 will be a great camera for you. It's a quality instrument, and flexible enough to do most everything most people want to do. Impressive list of in-camera editing functions, for one thing.

I've been doing some remodeling in the house, an overdue bathroom redo, a rebuilt pantry, and so on. Planning to get the den tiled next week.

And planning a launch for a new classroom college prep program for "C" students, who had previously been left out between special ed and AP courses.

A good time in my life, right now. I have a granddaughter, who stayed with us last week, and she is a joy, if as opinionated as her grandmother.

Yes, you're right. I was thinking hockey (Quebec Nordiques) and thinking the city was the same as the province. Many people refer to New York City as New York which is technically wrong, New York being the state. I never heard of the "Q" city you came up with. Is that city in the Middle East?
