I know I am to live by faith and obey God. God's commands are about love of God and love of your neighbor. This is what Jesus taught.
You don't obey. You are an enemy of the gospel and should be shunned as an unbeliever!

Nick,
I am a Christian. I am dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.
I believe that as a Christian, born again by the Spirit of God and saved, I have the gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ my Lord.
I also believe that I am to obey God.

God bless you Epoisses. You don't know that you are fighting against God.
You don't know that you are a child of the devil but I do.
Jacob, you are right with your thoughts. To love God is to obey him. His son will return for those who keep the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. Don't let any one tell you different.
Blessing to you friend.
I believe I am to obey God. I say this as a saved born again Christian. Legalism and obedience are not the same.
I am unfamiliar with your speech. May God not count it against you.
Love is the fulfillment of the law and you reject it.
You are a child of the devil and his spirit is in you. May God have mercy on you.
Most will not understand that.
That is exactly what Jesus was saying.
Jesus said repent and believe the gospel. Those that thought they could be righteous by keeping the law he gave them more law so they would stumble and fall.
No. Jesus said to repent and believe the gospel. Jesus observed and taught the Law.
Maybe because his entire ministry was under the old covenant. After Pentecost a different message went out.
Jesus had ascended to the right hand of God prior to Pentecost (Shavuot).
Jesus gave us grace and truth and you give law and a yoke of bondage.
God gave the Law and it came with Moses. Grace and truth came in Jesus Christ. There is no yoke of bondage here.
Not according to Peter the Jew - Acts 15:10
Now I don't know what you are saying. What are you responding to?
