Feel free to explain why a man would have just cause for divorce in cases of adultery but a woman would not.

And the verse I quoted (FROM THE BIBLE) tell us what the action is: shall put away (ie. divorce).
And the verse tells us who the subject is that does that action: a woman.
And the verse tells us who is the recipient of that action by the woman: her husband.
