No it isn't. Johnson hasn't been averse to appearing on satirical panel shows where he knew he was going to be the butt of jokes. He made a gaffe on one occasion about one being scripted and when he was corrected about reactions being ad libbed he had the good humour to reappear on the show and poke fun at himself. Trump can't handle awkward questions without venting at reporters and irately tweeting let alone sending himself up. Nobody copies Trump but Trump.

Boris seems to be trying to bring your country together rather than play politics and pit one side against against the other. He’s also competent. From what I have seen, Boris loves his country.

Can't say I'm a fan but at times like this I can't complain about how he's conducted himself post lockdown and that's before he was admitted to hospital himself. He certainly hasn't tried to play partisan politics or call the virus a hoax for political gain and the like and he seems to have been released from hospital too. Oh, he comes in for more than you'd know but unlike Trump and as explained before, he's not so egotistical that he can't send himself up. Have a laugh at himself. When has Trump ever done that?
