Ukraine Crisis

Trump actually though American forces had entered Ukraine.
Biden is still afflicted with the typical leftist Marxist bizarre belief that accommodation and appeasement with bloody barbarians, rather than Trump's hard-line stand against totalitarianism, would woo warmongering tyrants into settling for peace and harmony with weaker neighbors rather invading them to steal their treasures and enslave their people.

Analysis: Putin's Ukraine assault confounds Biden strategy, puts leadership to the test

Of course. That's how sleazy witch hunts operate.
I assume you think that Trump University was a real university and the Trump Foundation was a legit charity and not a scam, and that investigations into both were "sleazy witch hunts," but they were both shut down for fraud:

This is either going to escalate to WWIII or it's not; A or ~A.

If it does, it will be because Putin wanted WWIII, even if unintentionally (in other words because he's an IDIOT of EPIC proportions), it will in no way be because we have the wrong American leader. It's just because of Putin.

And our American government I contend is the best Constitution that's ever been conceived, and the real solution to this kind of crisis is for us (the US) to restart annexing other countries. If we had done this in 1991-1992 there would be no invasion of Ukraine occurring right now, and we'd all probably be by now much more familiar with Russian idioms. Which is always a bonus, the 'cherry on top' of also not risking WWIII every time an immoral young man takes power, bides his time for over two decades, before exposing himself as a type of "man of sin". American constitutionalism can handle the Putins of history. Ask any Trump opponent, they'll tell you (because according to them Putin, Trump & Hitler are 'peas in a pod') that our Constitution can handle them without causing WWIII, no doubt about it.
There's some I'm on your side about. The US system is the best there is today. God's system would be better. So would mine.

Like you say, the system should be capable of handling anyone, but in the end, we have to deal with the reality that systems don't make good nations, Godly leaders do. A good system helps, but it should not be the focus, as it is with democracy.

Most universities are not much more than diploma mills in the business of making money for educators, not guaranteeing students get a good, wholesome, and right-thinking education. Many, if not most, foundations were established to hoard money for personal and public use that would otherwise go to the US Treasury. I believe special interest foundations, like Trump's, Clinton's, George Soros's' and the like should be investigated.

I hope China doesn't have any ideas about Taiwan in light of Ukraine and of the American non-response.
China has always had its greedy communist fascist atheist eyes on the wealth of Taiwan. It seems their own expansionist lusts have been strengthened by weak US opposition to worldwide tyranny and hostile invasions by barbarians with no respect for the law or human rights.

Putin is in trouble, especially since Biden has now changed his position and is contemplating possibly sending Ukraine weapons of defense.

Amid widespread calls to help Ukraine resist a Russian invasion, the Biden administration is carefully examining legal questions about whether the United States can provide certain weapons and intelligence, multiple Congressional officials briefed on the matter tell NBC News.
Biden administration officials insist the lawyering is part of a normal review process, while Republicans in Congress — and some Democrats — have complained that it is slowing down what should be an immediate effort to ramp up weapons deliveries to Ukrainian forces.

“There is no legal review or debate that is slowing anything down,” said Emily Horne, a spokeswoman for the White House National Security Council. “We are actively continuing to provide assistance to Ukraine.”
Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby said Friday, “We know [the Ukrainians] have self-defense needs, we’re going to do our best to fill them. We are continuing to provide ways for them to defend themselves.”

NBC News reported this week that decisions by three presidents — Obama, Trump and Biden — left Ukraine with substandard air defenses that are no match for Russian forces.
Now lawmakers and other observers are calling on the White House to answer Ukraine’s appeal for weapons and equipment, urging President Biden to ramp up military aid as the Ukrainians face a massive Russian onslaught.

Fmr. Defense Secy. Panetta: U.S. needs to 'do everything we can' to prevent 'a total humanitarian disaster'

“We’ve got to accelerate delivery of capabilities to the Ukrainians,” said Ben Hodges, a retired lieutenant general who oversaw U.S. Army forces in Europe.
“We’ve got to have something that looks like a Berlin airlift,” said Hodges, now at the Center for European Policy Analysis think tank. “Javelins and especially stingers would be very effective.”

Rep. Jason Crow, D.-Colo., a member of the House Armed Services Committee, said: “I think we should continue to supply defensive weapons, ammunition, and other supplies via overland routes into Ukraine as quickly and expansively as possible.”
Republicans in Congress have proposed legislation that would create a “Ukraine Resistance Fund” to help Kyiv resist Russian efforts to seize control of the country.
“We’ve never been urgent enough, and we need to make sure that none of the Ukrainian resistance fighters have any fear that they are going run out of ammo,” Republican Sen. Ben Sasse said on Morning Joe. “There needs to be an urgency and the president needs to lead on that.”
Republicans in Congress argue Biden should have sent more weapons sooner. Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, for instance, has been saying for some time — including privately in conversations with Biden — that the U.S. needed to get more weapons to Ukraine in advance of a Russian invasion. Republicans see similarities with what they view as the administration’s failure to plan coherently for extracting Americans and Afghan partners after Afghanistan fell to the Taliban.

Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas, ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said in an email to NBC News that the administration needs to take urgent action to arm the Ukrainians.
“I have been saying for months that we needed to send more lethal assistance to Ukraine, including Stingers, ammo, small arms and other equipment that could help the Ukrainian people defend their country," he said. "Now is not the time for feet dragging. This administration committed to supporting a resistance movement and they must follow through on the pledge."
Democrats counter that given Trump’s record on Ukraine — he was impeached for delaying a lethal aid package for personal political reasons — Republicans have no leg to stand on in this debate.

Democrats continue the lie that Trump held up aid to Ukraine, knowing full well it was Biden who threatened Ukraine with the withholding of aid unless they shut down the investigation of the crooked mob boss for whom Hunter Biden worked.

Yep.

In 2019, then-president Donald Trump blocked military aid to Ukraine for 55 days while pressuring President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to corroborate debunked conspiracy theories about his political opponents.

Timeline: How Trump withheld Ukraine aid

No aid was ever held up in 2019 and Trump had nothing to do with how the aid was packaged and delivered on time as expected with no interference from the WH. However, Quid-Pro-Joe Biden held up aid to Ukraine without authorization in 2016 in order to illegally pressure Ukraine to shut down the investigation into Burisma because his son worked there. Biden bragged about getting the prosecutor fired, effectively shuttering the investigation, much to the dissatisfaction of European nations that were robbed by Burisma, the company for whom Hunter Biden worked.
