dnacpr notices are not weapons for killing, ffreeloader, they are the only way of getting the staff and equipment to folks with best chance of survival in hospitals that are overstretched to the limits.
When staff and equipment are available then they can be used.

The Care Quality Commission said in December that inappropriate Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DNACPR) notices had caused potentially avoidable deaths last year. DNACPRs are usually made for people who are too frail to benefit from CPR, but Mencap said some seem to have been issued for people simply because they had a learning disability. The CQC is due to publish a report on the practice within weeks.

The UK is socialist. They have nationalized, put government in control, of most, if not all, of their industries. That's pure socialism. I read British media on a daily basis and not a one of their politicians speak to untangling business and government. They keep on making the ties stronger. That's socialism. And that's what their "conservative" politicians do. Boris? He's a really bad joke as a "conservative. So are the rest of his cabinet. I haven't seen anything that any of them have done that could actually be considered "conservative.

So the UK government is radical left wing. They gave the order so, yes, it leftists who gave the orders to push eugenics. It's always been that way. Fabians have been big fans of eugenics for many decades. So it's the Fabian influence pushing for eugenics.

Yeah, the socialists are all about helping the poor and helpless. They like to "help" them by getting rid of them. Same thing the Nazis did during WWII. They put the disabled in camps. They kept the parents/family away from them. No visitation. Then they just slowly killed of the disabled. Some they experimented on. They just quit feeding them so they ended up starving them to death.

To disguise all this the Nazis used remote camps in the mountains set in the most beautiful parts of Germany. That remoteness was their way of keeping families away from their disabled relatives. They put up sentry boxes and armed choke points on access roads. And they patrolled the land to keep out anyone attempting to see what was going on.
